them giving a couple of the other fellows some pretty hard looks. Alex wondered if they were actually being possessive of her.
Alex met a few of the women in the restroom, and there was none of the bitchy talk or intrusive personal questions she had come to expect of women considering her experience with her roommates and some of the other faculty members. She was asked if she was going to attend any of the scenes in the Club later, or participate, and even then Lacey and Monica were nice about her ignorance, simply smiling and saying they’d probably see her around another time, though Melissa seemed a little superior in her attitude. She informed Alex that she was a trained sub and in a long-term relationship with a well-respected Dom named Stephan. Alex remembered Stephan from the introductions. He was a big, handsome man who had looked at her knowingly but hadn’t said anything of any interest. Melissa was really beautiful and had a terrific figure, Alex admitted to herself. She just wasn’t as nice as Lacy and Monica seemed.
Alex sensed bubbling excitement, particularly in Lacey, who was with a fellow, Greg somebody, who was a detective like Devon and Jeff. She wondered if Lacey and that guy were an item or if it was just fooling around like with her and Devon and Jeff.
Lacey was just a little thing, even in her stilettos, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes, but she was curvy and sexy-looking in her short ivory dress. She had a beautiful thick gold chain around her neck and a gemstone of emerald hung in the hollow of her throat. Alex touched the chain that Jeff and Devon had given her and thought she’d wear it always in memory of them even though she knew she should give it back. The thought of someone else wearing it, another one of their women being pleasured by them, brought tears to her eyes, and she fought the revelation that she really cared for Devon and Jeff. Maybe they could separate sex from this connection she was feeling, but she couldn’t and realized that she was going to get hurt when they moved on to someone else. Like after this weekend.

Jeff picked up on Alex’s mood even as she was returning to the table, and he noticed that Devon was looking at her intently as well.
He stood and helped her into the chair that Devon held for her, stroking her forearms as he did so.
“What’s wrong, baby?” Jeff asked quietly.
    Alex shrugged. “Nothing, really.”
“We don’t do lies, Alex, remember?” said Devon, leaning into her space. “Lies get punished and not the kind of punishment you like.”
Alex leaned away from them both, her eyes widening and her mouth dropping. “It’s okay, really.”
Devon looked positively stormy. “Did someone say something to you in the restroom?”
“No, no, those women are really nice. They made me feel comfortable.”
“Then, what?” Jeff asked again. “Or we can go home and you will tell us there.”
Alex sighed. “If you must know, I was feeling kind of sad at the thought of the weekend ending.” Jeff watched her take a deep breath, and then she told them she was a little jealous of their other women, crazy as that seemed because, after all, she had no hold on them, and they’d just met after all.
Jeff was torn between rejoicing that Alex regretted the weekend ending, feeling angry that she saw this time as finite, and pleased that she was jealous. Not that she needed to be jealous of other women because there were no others now that they had found her. He also found her run-on sentence endearing and pulled her onto his lap.
“Jeff!” she protested. “What will your friends think?”
Devon kissed her hand, gently squeezing her fingertips, and told her, “They’ll think that you are our woman, and that we are fucking you six ways from Sunday. Which we are.”
Jeff added, “The Club members are all in relationships similar to ours, darlin’, and we wanted them to meet you and for you to get comfortable with them. We spend a
