her
intimate folds. She’d had no such luck. Pulsing waves of heat rolled over her as Trent pressed the
heel of his hand to her clit, rubbing her throbbing nub. A moan left her, and her breathing
became heavier. The urge to rock her hips and increase the pressure of his hand on her pussy was
    almost too much to bear.
Every little sensation below her waist drove her mad. The fullness of Trent’s finger deep
in her ass. The teasing rubs to her clit. The pressure. So much pressure.
His hand left her and she whined, pleading with her eyes to be touched again.
Smack! His flattened fingers came down on her pussy lips. At the moment of impact, she
clenched around his thick finger, reigniting the burn in her ass. She hugged her legs tighter,
knowing to move out of position would only make this worse. Perhaps if she was a good girl,
he’d end this quickly. Again, his hand came down, the sound of the wet slap ringing out in the
room. He gave her a dozen more light smacks, just enough to sting her already sore pussy lips
and make her clench down on his finger.
Relief filled her as he withdrew slowly from her asshole and announced that her
punishment was over. He comforted her then, gathering her up in his arms and holding her tight
until her breathing returned to normal. She felt the bond between them, strong and magnetic, and
she marveled at the sense of peace this bond surrounded her with.
Later, Trent guided her through the castle as promised. They visited the kitchen first,
followed by the massive dining hall. At least a hundred River Men lived in the castle, and Trent
greeted all they passed by name. To Amelia’s delight, a few of them even spoke her tongue.
“I think you’ll have to draw me a map of this place,” she joked as Trent led her down yet
another corridor lined with doors, bedrooms, and storage rooms.
They walked through the gardens outside and left the castle walls, following a path that
twisted through the tall trees. Trent showed her a few houses that were occupied by Banded Men,
large stone structures that looked like miniature castles. He introduced her to a few of the
Banded, all with light coloring that matched Trent. Of course their brothers were asleep, just like
    Gavin.
She was exhausted from the long walk through the mountainside, and by the time she
returned to the castle she was ready for bed. Trent gave her a gentle kiss and left her in the
capable hands of the servant girls. After a light dinner and a relaxing bath, she donned a
nightdress and crawled into bed. Her eyes were heavy, but she missed Gavin and hoped he
    visited her soon.
The creak of the door opening drew her attention, and she smiled when her mate, the one
of the night, entered the room. He didn’t return her smile, and instead fixed a dark, predatory
stare in her direction. Her pulse increased and she squirmed, knowing he’d soon be in the bed
with her, loving her and taking her roughly.
Gavin took a few steps toward her, and she puzzled over why he hadn’t closed the door.
She started to speak, but the words got stuck in her throat when Trent walked in and shut the
door behind him, wearing the same predatory look Gavin wore.
The two brothers stood beside one another, gazing down at her with dark intent sparkling
    in their eyes.
This was it. They were going to share her.

Chapter Six
Gavin watched as understanding dawned on Amelia. She paled and brought the covers up
to her neck. Even though he’d been reluctant to share her, he’d given Trent’s idea more thought
and decided taking her together would strengthen the bonds between them. Of course, this wasn’t
Gavin’s only reason for wanting to share Amelia. The idea of taking her together heated his
desires and left him rock hard.
She was a sweet girl, but she was stubborn and proud. She hadn’t been eager to mate with
either of them initially, and he suspected the newness of being with a man had contributed to her
    hesitance.
