lot of couples. Marc and I have been swingers for eight years now. I’ve had a lot of partners during these years and I can tell when someone is into it or not.”
“And what did you see in me?”
    “You would love it.”
Jennifer turned red but horny at the same time.
    “You’re playing with me.”
“No... Look at the way you just reacted. You know how you felt when I just told you that you’d love it? That’s your signal. Your body and your subconscious want you to try. It’s just that you’re too inhibited.”
Jennifer said nothing. Now, she wanted to know more and Jeanne didn’t seem like a pain in the ass anymore. She seemed to know what she was talking about.
“What do you do for a living?” Jeanne said.
“I’m currently trying to launch a cooking business.”
“Okay... business owner. And your husband?”
    “He’s a big businessman.”
“So you guys have a certain social status, I assume?”
“I don’t. But Bruce is a celebrity in a certain way.”
“I see... Well, nobody knows you in here.”
    “And?”
“And you can do whatever you want. Nobody will know. And most importantly, nobody will judge, not in here. We’re a very friendly and respectful community.”
    “Good for you...”
“Don’t be so distant. Come on, you’re still here. Nobody forced you to stay. You could have left a long time ago but you didn’t. You want it. I know you want to try but you refuse to let go.”
Jennifer shrugged. Jeanne sounded like she wanted to help and for some reason, Jennifer was curious to know more. How could she know so much about her?
“You know how to read people,” Jennifer said.
“You’re easy to read... You look so innocent but I can see a goddess behind that mask. In bed, you’re wild and fierce. You love having sex.”
    “Everybody does...”
“No, not everybody. You have that energy, I can feel it.”
Jennifer shrugged again but she was flattered. It felt good to convey that kind of image.
“So, tell me about the other guy,” Jeanne said.
Jennifer felt her heart race and put her finger on Jeanne’s lips.
“Shhh... Are you out of your mind? Bruce could hear you. And I never said anything about any other guy!”
“Well, judging by your reaction, there is clearly another guy.”
“There was. But it’s over. And it was before we got married, anyway.”
    “I’m not judging... relax.”
    “What do you want then?”
“Was it good? Did you feel guilty?”
“Come on, I didn’t sleep with him. We flirted and it was... very steamy.”
“But you wanted to have more, right?”
    “Of course, I did. But I didn’t.”
    “Why?”
“Because I love Bruce. I can’t do that to him.”
“You see, that’s exactly why Marc and I do what we do.”
Jennifer said nothing and tried to understand what it was supposed to mean. It didn’t make any sense to her.
“I don’t get it,” she said.
“You see, I love Marc and he loves me. We don’t want to hurt each other. However, we’re still humans and we have basic needs. We still want to have fun and sometimes, it means we need to go our separate ways.”
    “You’re in an open relationship...”
“Not really. I don’t allow him to do anything behind my back. However, when we come here, things change.”
    “What’s the difference?”
“When we come to a club like this one, we agree that we are allowed to express our deepest desires. It’s purely physical. He has to allow me to go with someone else and I do the same. If we don’t feel it, we just say it and nothing happens.”
    “It’s about trust?”
“Oh no. Trust can’t be an issue anymore at that stage. Trust must be a given. If there’s no trust, there will be jealousy and we’ll hurt one another.”
“Doesn’t it hurt you to see him with someone else?”
“I want him to be happy. I don’t have any doubts about his feelings for me but I understand that sexual attraction happens. I don’t want him to feel trapped in our
