all the stalkers say?” I giggled again and I felt Zane’s hand on my
chin bringing my face up to his.
    “I
wasn’t stalking you, Lucky.” He looked at me seriously. “Stalking is a serious
thing. I don’t want you to think I’m that crazy guy. I did do everything in my
power to get you to that party, and I did follow you because I was scared of
what Braydon may do, but I would never stalk you, or tap your phone, or
anything like that.”
    “Okay.”
I nodded. “Good.”
    “I’ll
do everything I can to protect you, Lucky. You’re the best thing that’s ever
happened to me.” I watched as he cringed and I pouted up at him.
    “Why
do you look like I’m the worst thing that’s ever happened to you then?”
    “I
just heard myself say those words and I wondered how I became the cliché king.”
He laughed. “I never thought I’d say a statement like that.”
    “You
never thought you’d be in love?” I knew the answer but I wanted to hear him say
the words that warmed my heart. I loved the fact that I was Zane’s first real
love.
    “No.
Never. I never wanted it.” He sighed. “Sometimes I wonder if my life was easier
before you came into it.”
    “So
you wish you never met me?” I pulled away from him, slightly hurt.
    “No.
No.” His eyes pierced into mine. “Never that. I just care about you so much
that sometimes I don’t even know where I am or what I’m doing. I’m consumed
with thoughts of you and your well-being.”
    “That’s
not so bad.” I smiled up at him. “I think about you a lot as well, you know.”
    “I
need to know you’re safe at all times.” He paused. “And that you’ll never leave
me.”
    “I’ll
never leave you, Zane.” I reached up and kissed him slowly, increasing the
pressure of my lips on his before pushing my tongue into his mouth. He grabbed
a hold of it eagerly and I felt him nibble on my tongue before sucking it. I
reached my hands up to run my fingers through his hair and he cupped my ass and
brought me in against him hard. I felt his hands run up my back and under my
top. He unclasped my bra and I lifted my arms up so he could pull my top off.
He yanked it off and my bra was tossed to the side right after it. I grabbed
his shirt and undid the buttons quickly, pulling it off of him and crushing my
breasts against his naked chest. I giggled as his chest hair rubbed against my
nipples and he growled as he reached up to cup my right breast, squeezing and
molding it to his hand.
    I
sighed against his lips and ran my hands up and down his back. Zane broke away
from me and kissed down my neck lightly and across my collarbone. Within
seconds, I felt his lips sucking on my breasts and his teeth nibbled on my
nipple.
    “Oh,
Zane,” I moaned as he set my body on fire with desire. “Ooh.” I cried out as
his mouth left my breast, but all was right again when I felt his lips move
over to focus on the other one. “Stop,” I whispered as I felt his hands on my
pants. “We should go upstairs.”
    “Why?”
He growled, and he grinned as he pulled my pants down. I stepped out of them
quickly, only slightly self-conscious of the fact that I was standing there in
just my underwear.
    “Because
we’re about to, you know.” I smiled at him, blushing.
    “We
don’t have to have sex in only the bedroom, you know.”
    “But
this is the dining room.” I looked up at him in shock.
    “So?”
He laughed and I felt his fingers slide between my legs. “It seems to me that
you’re ready now.”
    “Oh,
ah.” I closed my eyes as he explored me with his fingers, delighting in the
roughness against my inner skin. The tips of his fingers caressed my throbbing
blossom and I felt a wanton need fill my whole body. He removed his fingers
from my wetness and I cried out, wanting and needing to feel him there and
inside of me. “Zane.” I moaned his name and he looked down at me with
desire-filled eyes and a satisfied smile.
    I
grabbed a hold of his jeans and pulled them down
