dick, I’ll do it,” Ice replied as he stretched out his long legs and waited patiently. He had three pieces of fence iron welded together. A third of the way down he had black electrical tape wrapped around the iron for a decent grip.
“We’re the first line of defense, the intervention team. We go in, we beat some motherfuckers but we’re not killing anybody. It’s a warning and we’re stripping them of their cuts,” Vince replied, slightly bored with the reassuring. “They can’t wear our colors in our city.”
“What if they keep fucking up, then what?” Rocket asked.
“Then the hit squad goes in and that name is self-explanatory. Now shut the fuck up and focus.”
Rocket held his nervous silence for a moment. “What if they shoot at us?”
“Then we die,” Toby replied dryly. “Now if you don’t shut the hell up, those assholes in that house will be the least of your worries.”

VP Toby started swinging his piece of plywood as soon as he kicked in the door. His blonde hair was flying through the air as he charged forward. He resembled a Viking storming forward in battle. The first blow hit one of the bikers in the jaw, knocking him out cold.
A sexy Latina girl ran naked out of the kitchen and toward the back door. “Grab that bitch!” Vince screamed at Rocket.
Rocket stood frozen in the midst of the chaos. Ice cursed as he raced past Rocket and went after the girl. He caught up with her just as she opened the back door. He wrapped one of his big, tattooed arms around her neck and dragged her back into the main room. He growled for her to stop screaming as she fought and struggled. “Shut up! You’re not going to die!” Ice huffed as he opened a closet, tossed her inside and closed the door.
Vince swung his bat at another member of the Disciples of Ares and missed. The fake biker tried to reach for his gun, which he had tucked in his waist band. Vince swung the bat again and landed a direct hit to his jaw. The dazed gang member fell to the floor. He dropped the gun and Vince picked it up, using it to pistol-whip him into unconsciousness.
Toby and Ice finished their assault on the remaining members who had charged at them. Within minutes, it was over and done with. Three men lay beaten and bloody on the floor. Vince and Toby picked up several guns and tucked them into their own waistbands. All of them turned and stared at Rocket.
“What the fuck is your problem?” Ice yelled at Rocket. “You could have gotten us all killed!”
“Where’s the other one?” Rocket frantically called out. “Four, right? Or were you guys counting the girl?”
Vince tore his eyes away from Rocket. “No, no, the count didn’t include the girl.”
“You’re a little bitch, you know that!” Toby screamed at Rocket.’
“I…” Rocket stammered as his eyes darted behind Ice. “There!” he shouted.
Toby took off after a biker member who had just jetted out of the back door. They raced through the backyard and around toward the front of the house. The Disciples of Ares member stopped in the middle of the street and pulled his weapon. He fired twice at Toby.
The impact of the bullet spun Toby’s body around, and he landed on the lawn in front of the house. He reached into his leather cut, pulled out his Glock and fired off three quick rounds. But he had missed the dark-haired, Hispanic male, who was fleeing down the street, darting in between houses.
Vince and Ice raced over to Toby. He laid there on the ground, grunting from the impact of the amino. He lifted up his shirt and showed them the bullet proof vest he had on. “Go after that fucker!” he grunted as he staggered to his feet.
Ice took off running down the street. Vince helped Toby balance as he stood up. Rocket exited the house and raced toward them. He hesitated at he approached them. “I froze, I’m sorry! I can fix my fuck-up!” he yelled as he took off in the direction that Ice had run.
    “He’s an idiot.”
