years ago to go help his Mom out after his younger brother stole all of her money and disappeared with his old lady and Kid. No one knows who they were. Wasp was very protective of them. According to him as much as he loved his Brothers and his clubs and would always put us first she needed protecting. We had no idea what she needed protecting from. “Did she personally ask for Wasp?” I asked. “No man just under her breath kept saying she had to find him and tell him and warn him. Said she’d protected him and the girls by staying away, and now she had to find him and make sure he was ok. That she had to protect the girls, she always has to protect her daughters. Said everything she did she did to keep them safe. What the fuck Kid? Something isn’t right with this.” This is just on repeat in my head; Wasp is a mean son of a bitch. He is not someone you mess with especially after his old lady and Kid disappeared, and his little brother was responsible.

It was like he never even existed other than a birth certificate for proof. Wasp took off to stay with his Mom and help take care of her, but also because he hoped that one day his woman would come back to him. Dad tried to talk him out of it and bring his Mom here for the clubs to take care of, but he wouldn’t do it. He is convinced she will be back. According to him, their love was real, and she didn’t leave of her own free will and he would find her or she would come back. “Smoke we need to get out of here, any idea when we are going to be heading out of here?” He nodded his head toward the hallway as he was looking at Riley like he wanted to hurt someone for harming this beautiful woman lying in my arms. A few minutes later, I hear a stampede of boots coming down the hallway and then my dad was crouched down in front of Riley and me. “Son, we need to have meeting there have been some things come up that we need to discuss, and then one of us needs to go and get Wasp. I don’t think this is something that should be done over the phone. That will be something we decide when we meet. Get Riley together and get her to the clubhouse, Skylar and Tumbler have Sadie, and the rest of us will help Elizabeth. I have already called your mother, and she is going to meet us at the clubhouse and stay with the girls. We need to get a move on so let’s get going.” Then dad stood up and walked off. I looked down, and Riley was looking at me. I helped her stand up, and together we walked out the door. I put her on my bike and headed straight for the clubhouse like I was told.

I was about to pull out of the driveway, I looked in my mirrors and I noticed everyone was loading up in their vehicles, and jumping on their bikes, so I decided to wait. Then out of the nowhere, I felt Riley start trembling. I was thinking that she was going into shock. Until I felt her get up from the bike and runs, she ran in the opposite direction of where everyone was. I then noticed a Buick aimed right for all our groups. As Riley moved and ran in the other direction from us, the car switched course. I couldn’t get off my bike fast enough to get to her. It was like time was standing still and I had fuckin' lead in my feet.

Everything changed for me that is the first time that murder was acceptable in my eyes. It was also when it hit me full force that Riley, was the most loyal person I had ever met in my life. She ran from the bike to protect me from being ran over. She hadn’t known me but about a year, but she got off that damn bike to save my life. Nearly costing herself hers if it hadn’t of been for Ryder’s quick riding she would have been taken from us. He ran his bike in front of that damn Buick, causing it to veer from its target....Riley. That right there is the reason that she will never leave my sight again! Fuck this bullshit I’M DONE!

I will kill any motherfucker who tries to touch her again. I may not be making her my Ol’ lady right this second. But
