room. When she disappeared from sight, he looked at his brothers.
“Do you think she will accept all of us?” Dalton asked.
“If the way she kissed all of us is anything to go by then I would have to say yes. But…”
Hay picked up Whit’s thread of conversation. “But she has to get her head around being with three of us. We’ve already discussed it and know what we want. Now we have to be patient and give Sara time to decide if she’s brave enough to take a chance.”
“I think she is,” Dalt said. “That little lady is full of backbone. She was kept hostage for ten days and eventually managed to get her and Nicole out of there. We’ve told her what we want, now we leave her be. She’ll come to us eventually.”
“Fuck, I hope you’re right, bro. Because that beautiful woman has me tied up in knots in more ways than one.”
“You think we don’t feel the same, Hay?” Whit asked and waited for him to continue since he knew his brother so well. “Sara-Jane Cantor has managed to worm her way in under my skin already. And I am going to do everything within my power to sway her decision.”
“We will, too, Whit. Just give her a couple of days to get her head around the idea.” Hay rose to his feet and looked down the hall and then turned back to his brothers. “Maybe we should get one of the women from the stud over here to talk to her.”
“That’s a good idea”—Dalton sat up straight—“but I think we should have them all over. That way Sara can see how the men and women in ménage relationships interact with each other. If we could see how much those people were in love then you can bet your life that a woman would pick up on it.”
Hay rubbed his hands together. “Why don’t we—”
“Hold on a minute, you two,” Whit interrupted. “We can’t be putting our neighbors in danger. We were careful to make sure we weren’t tailed on the way back home, but there is no way in hell I’m going to put our trainers, their wives and babies in jeopardy. Do you think that those men over there are going to let their women visit just to put our woman’s mind at ease?”
“Shit,” Dalton said. “You’re right.” He stormed down the hall toward his bedroom without a backward glance.
“He always was the less patient of the three of us,” Hay said.
“He’s not the only one.” Whit raised his eyebrow at him.
“Yeah, yeah, okay. So how do we go about building a relationship with Sara?”
“We’ve already started, Hay. Just do what feels right like we usually do. Sara now knows where she stands with us. It’s up to her to say no.”
Hay nodded and then headed down the hall to bed. He just hoped that the three of them would be able to keep Sara-Jane by their sides and get her into their beds, but most of all he wanted to be entrenched into her heart and soul.

    * * * *

Sara had been on the ranch for a week and even though the three Cartwright brothers had told her they wanted a relationship with her they hadn’t made any inappropriate moves toward her.
She was currently sitting on a chair on the wraparound porch watching all the men drenching the cattle. Seeing Whit, Dalt, and Hay’s muscles bulge and ripple as they worked was every woman’s wet dream. After spending the last week thinking over how they wanted to share her, she still hadn’t come to any decisions. Glancing about at the beautiful countryside, she could envisage spending the rest of her life here. A yell drew her attention back to the men and she was just in time to see one of the bulls escape from the entrance to the fenced run and it was heading straight for Dalton.
Sara covered her mouth and held her breath when he didn’t move. She was just about to scream for him to get out of the way but the words caught in her throat when he leapt aside with ease. A gasp of awe escaped her mouth when he landed ten feet away. More of the men rushed toward the bull and Ty lassoed it and led the wayward animal back
