Bruce Pascoe is a writer who canât go to sleep without patting his dogs first. When he wakes up in the morning the first thing he does is walk with his dogs as they investigate the dawn. Bruce has written 26 books, lives at Gipsy Point, Victoria, on the magnificent Genoa (Jinoor) River. He lives with his wife, Lyn, has two children, two grandchildren and two dogs, Yambulla and Wangarabel, named after the mountain and town near where they were born.
