His fingers on her clit had her sobbing out loud. She
pushed hard against him. “Please, please let me come?” she begged.
    He
kept thrusting, with his finger adding pressure to her anus for a time. She
finally heard him let out a low growl. “Come for me, Sadie. Come now,” he
ordered. Releasing her clit, he gripped her hip once more to hold her for his
cock as he continued to fuck her hard.
    That
was all she needed. She screamed as she pushed back against him and came. Her
orgasm felt as if it had ripped her apart. She sobbed as she felt the second
release as he slammed into her body.
    She
felt his release in the hot liquid he spilled into her pussy. His fingers
tightened on her flesh and she heard his choked cry. A ripple went through him
before he collapsed over her back. Sliding an arm around her middle, he rolled
them onto their sides while holding her tightly against him.
    Sadie
couldn’t say anything at all. She could only feel as she came back down from
the blissful orgasm that had torn her apart at the cellular level and put her
back together again with Bracken at the core of her being.
    He
was stroking her hair she realized once she caught her breath a bit. She was
cradled close to him as he nuzzled at her shoulder. “You back with me?” he
asked in a hoarse voice.
    “Yes.
I am now,” she said when she could finally speak. “That was amazing.” She had
never believed that sex could be so good but it was. With him it was perfect.
“I think we should do that often.” Grinning, she pressed a kiss to the side of
his arm as it was wrapped around her and simply relaxed there with him.
    Bracken
nodded. “Among other things,” he said quietly. He brushed another kiss to her
shoulder before letting go with one arm and partially rolling away from her
back. A moment later he was back in place and handing her a bottle of water.
“You should drink that. One thing you need to remember is to stay hydrated when
we’re pushing your body through its paces and to the limits.”
    “Thank
you.” She took a drink of the water and passed it back to him. “Here. If I
should replace my electrolytes, then you should as well.” She shifted so that
she could wrap her arms around his middle and hugged him. “And I’m glad you are
going to do that often. Husband,” she added with a bit of a smirk, hoping her
happiness was there in the look she was giving him.
    “I
have another bottle for myself. Once we’re sitting up I’ll drink,” he told her.
He stroked his finger up and down her arm. “For right now, though, I want you
to just relax. We’ll sit up in a few minutes, and we’ll drink some fluids. Then
I’ll get some of the food we have out in the other room to nibble on.”
    “Right
now this is perfect,” she agreed from where she was relaxing in his arms. “Being held here in your arms like this. This is exactly
what’s needed.” The closeness, the feeling of rightness. All of it. She heard her stomach growl then and
laughed. “Right, okay so food?”
    “Figured
you’d be hungry eventually,” he said. He hugged her close before easing away a
moment later. “Sit up, get comfortable, and I’ll grab one of the plates.”
Slipping out of the bed, Bracken walked into the other room without any
apparent issue letting her get a full look at his back and the scarring there.
    She
sat up and put the pillows behind her back. Seeing the scars made her hurt for
him. “I’m happy you didn’t marry her,” she told him quietly when he entered the
room. “It nearly killed me when you dated her, and when you were harmed, but I
think that I would have given up on life had you married her.”
    “Yeah
that really wasn’t an option once she tried to kill me. I have this thing
against marrying women who want me dead because I don’t have the money or
prestige she expected her man to have to support her until she knocked him off.
She really wasn’t what one would call a prime choice. I was an idiot. I fully
accept
