Jasmine’s.  It was still early, but she had had an early night, hoping Bruno would come back but he never did.
    As she neared the gates of Jasmine’s villa she heard Jasmine’s voice, it sounded like she was shouting.  Ashley put her head around the gates and stopped dead in her tracks.  She saw Jasmine lying by the pool, one leg raised to the sky, and a man on top of her kissing her.  Ashley squinted her eyes to see Jasmine’s hand caressing his head, touching his curly brown hair.  The man looked into Jasmine’s eyes as he smiled and kissed her.  It was Bruno!  Ashley’s heart was racing.  She backed away from the gates and ran home, tears streaming from her eyes.

 
    Chapter Eleven
     
    Later that day as Ashley lay on her bed crying, her mother called up that Bruno was here and was coming up to see her. 
    When he walked in the door Ashley screamed at him.
    “How could you!?  Jasmine is my best friend!  You fucking arsehole!”
    “Baby, baby” Bruno said walking over to her.
    “I know you and Jasmine are friends, but hey man, I fucked Jasmine before you.  I fucked her last summer.”
    “What?!  You did?!” said Ashley. “I never knew.  She never told me.”
    “And me and you Ashley, you know, it’s not like we talked about commitment or anything you know?”
    There was silence.
    “I know.” Said Ashley.
    “I just thought……”
    “Yeah?  You thought what?”
    “That maybe we were together now.”
    “Baby, you know I really like you.” Bruno said tenderly. “Let’s keep seeing each other, we’ll see what happens.”
    They started to kiss slowly, and Bruno placed his hand under her bikini.  Ashley felt herself get wet but then she pushed him away.
    “I can’t.”
    Bruno shrugged his shoulders. 
    “Ok Ashley.  How you want.”
    “Goodbye Bruno.”
     

 
    Chapter Twelve
     
    Jasmine and Brian sat on the veranda of their villa as dusk light set.
    “So, do you really like her?” asked Jasmine.
    “Sure, she’s a good girl.” Brian smiled.
    “What about you?  Any boys on the scene?  Was that Bruno I saw leave earlier?”
    “Yeah.” Jasmine hesitated.
    “I feel kinda bad.  Ashley likes him, and they kind of had a thing.”
    “But surely Ashley knows about you and Bruno?”
    “No, I never told her.  It was never anything serious, and she is still a virgin.  I don’t know, I just kept it quiet.”
    Brian stayed quiet.
    “I wouldn’t worry about it sweetheart.  Though it might be a good idea to talk to her about it.”
    Jasmine nodded. 
    “I will Dad.  Thanks.”
    “I better go an get ready.  Georgiana is picking me up for dinner.”
     
    Georgiana’s white Porsche drove up the gravel road and she parked outside, leaving the ignition running, and gently tooted the horn.
    Jasmine waved at her from the veranda.
    “Hiya Georgie.”
    “Hey darling.  Enjoying the summer so far?!”
    “Sure am!” replied Jasmine.
    Brian came outside buttoning his white linen shirt, smelling of Armani Code.
    “Bye Dad, have a good night.”
    “Bye sweetheart.  Be good.”
    As the car drove away Jasmine wrapped her sarong around her and curled up on the hammock reading a book.  The hammock swung in between the palm trees and it was a picture of beauty. Suddenly she felt a hand caressing her leg, traveling up her thigh, into the moistness between her leg.
    “Bruno.” She sighed.
    “I couldn’t stay away from you.” He whispered.  He took her hand and led her to the bedroom.
