time since he slept that late.
But then again it had been a long time since he had been up until 5
am making love to a woman.
    Walking to the kitchen in nothing but
boxers, he was greeted by the deliciously sexy sight of Shelby
standing at the stove, with his shirt on and nothing else. Walking
up behind her, he wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her
back to him.
    “ Good Morning, Beautiful,”
Logan said moaning.
    Smiling and relaxing in his arms,
Shelby purred, “ummm… Good Morning, yourself; how are you this
morning?” She asked him, taking the bacon out of the
pan.
    He grabbed a piece of bacon and kissed
her neck before he took a bite of the bacon. “I’m starved and
exhausted. Woman, you wore me out. I thought I was going to have to
call for a Gatorade IV,” he said taking his plate and going to the
table to sit down and eat.
    “ Hey, I had to have your
dick’s cooperation so I was not the only one that was insatiable,”
Shelby said giggling as she sat down at the table. Grabbing her
hand across the table and squeezing it, Logan whispered,
    “ How are you doing, baby?”
She knew he was talking about the fight with her family last night,
but she still was not ready to talk about it yet. Shelby squeezed
his hand looking at him and smiling, she said, “I am
fine.”
    As they both were digging into their
breakfast, Shelby said, “Oh, your phone was ringing like crazy a
little bit ago. Someone is really trying to get in touch with
you.’
    Frowning, Logan said, “Really?” He
picked up his phone and saw nineteen missed calls; nine from an
unknown number and ten from his mother.
    “ I am sorry, it was my
mother. I need to call and check in,” Logan said as he stood up and
walked out the sliding doors onto her deck. Five minutes later,
Logan walked back into the kitchen looking like he had just seen a
murder. As he sat down in the chair, Shelby stood up and went to
stand next to him.
    “ Logan, Logan? Honey lamb,
are you ok?” She asked him.
    Turning to her, Logan whispered. “My
daughter’s mother just kidnapped her last night.”
