A large bed with dark red pillows was pushed against one wall. A fireplace was directly across from the bed. One large golden candle stand next to the bed, with a burning red candle giving the room a romantic ambiance. Wrought-iron sconces were on every wall.
    Yes, Tessa, it is a dream. Anubis hated telling her that small lie. Right now was not the time to tell her she had died at the hands of a murderous madman. She wouldn’t believe he was saving her. No, this was no dream. What happened in this plane was real.
