him, and he steps in and pushes me hard against the wall of the shower. I hear and feel my head bang from the impact and look at him.
“If you don’t remove your hands now, I will give you the same treatment I gave Druggy.” He chooses to ignore me, and I smile at him and lean in like I am going to kiss him. He looks me in the eyes, and when he does, I knee him in the balls; he drops like a sack of shit.
“Don’t you ever fucking man-handle me again; next time, I won’t be so nice.” I step out of the shower and look back to see him cradling his balls, getting soaking wet. I smile and head to my room to get changed.
Just before I grab some clothes, my phone goes off; I head over to see it’s a text from Roberto, inviting Stefanos and me for dinner at his restaurant. I agree and tell him minus Stefanos then find something nice to wear.
I stand in my mirror in my white, short dress, put my hair in a sideways braid and apply make-up. As I’m applying the eyeliner, Stefanos comes walking out. He looks at me and I can see the anger in his face.
“Where do you think you’re going?” he asks. I don’t even bother answering him; I ignore him and continue getting ready. I sit on my bed, slide my high heels on and stand to leave.
“Have a great night, Stefanos,” I say and wave to him as I head out my door to go downstairs.
I reach the bottom of the stairs and see Stefanos following me; I head into the kitchen to say goodbye, and I see Cassandra there. I smile up at her and walk over.
“Hi. Lovely to meet you; I’m sure I’ll never see you again, so have a great life,” I say. I walk toward the front to leave, but Stefanos grabs hold of wrist.
“Let go, Stefanos,” I say to him.
“Why did you say that to Cassandra? You think you can get rid of me? You’re dumber than I thought.” I swing for him, but he sees it coming and grabs my other arm with his free hand; he pulls me so I’m nose to nose with him.
“You might be the new boss, Princess, but in this relationship, I’m the fucking boss,” he says with his mouth almost touching mine.
“You will never be the boss of me, Stefanos; let’s get that straight first. Second, this isn’t a relationship. You lost that right when you thought I wasn’t good enough.” I try to pull free, but he is stronger than me and won’t release me.
“I never said you weren’t good enough, Princess. Don’t blow this out of proportion; I had things to deal with. I hadn’t told Cassandra about you, and I wanted to tell her privately first. She was the only person I cared for until this hot-headed princess walked into my life and rocked my world.” He brings his lips down on mine and devours me. I’m unsure if I want to kiss him at first, until he pulls my braid because I’m not kissing him back.
We break apart, and I look over his shoulder to see Cassandra and Rock standing there. I tell them goodbye and try to break free of Stefanos, though he won’t release me.
“Where are you going dressed like that, Princess?” he asks, looking me up and down.
“Roberto invited us over to his restaurant for dinner; I declined your invite and accepted mine,” I say, smiling up at him. He looks over his shoulder, tells Cassandra to grab her bag and pulls me outside to the car.
Cassandra and Rock hop into the back of the car, and Stefanos takes off smiling. I turn around to look at Cassandra and see her eyes are already on me. She is a very beautiful woman; I can see why Stefanos loves and protects her so much. She has an innocent heart and a contagious smile. I smile back at her and turn around to face the front; Stefanos grabs hold of my thigh and keeps his hand there the whole car ride.
