“Lucille, my thumb is fatter than your thermometer so we both know it didn’t hurt when your Nanny put it inside your little flower.  Your Papa and your Nanny know what is best for you, little one.  You will have your temperature taken, up your bottom, at least once every day.  It is for your own good so that we can make sure you are nice and healthy.  I suggest you stop worrying about whether or not you like it for, Lucille, if I hear that you do not obediently lie still over your Nanny’s lap, open your bottom cheeks wide and remain still until your Nanny is finished taking your temperature, I promise you will discover far more uncomfortable things can and will be inserted into your bottom-hole.”  Lucy gasped at his words, realizing that he had already known she had been told to open her own cheeks for her nanny.  Lucas didn’t repeat his warning.  If his little one disobeyed, she would discover he never, ever made idle promises.  He continued to hold her a few more minutes before moving her off his lap.  She stood at the side of the bed as he went to the closet to retrieve her clothing.  At his return, he placed the clothing on the bed and ordered her to lift her arms.  She did and he pulled her gown over her head.  He bent forward and kissed each nipple, laving them with the tip of his tongue until she was squirming for a totally different reason.  Her reaction was precious when he smiled at her and whispered that he liked it when his little girl squirmed like a little worm under her Papa’s tongue.  Lucy moaned deeply, her sex flooding as he grinned and lifted her to place her on the bed.  She wanted him to keep kissing her, to use his mouth on her nipples, to teach her another lesson in the incredible ways of pleasure.  Her face was flushed and her eyes sparkling as he kissed her once more before guiding her to her back.  Lucy gave a small moan when he removed her diaper cover and then unpinned her diaper, exposing her to the cool air.  She shuddered and then shut her eyes tightly as her Papa gently washed and dried her.  Lucas knew she was embarrassed but simply bent to place a kiss on her stomach.
“ I’m very proud of you, Kitten.  You were my very good girl though I know it is hard for you,” he said softly.
“Papa?” she whispered as if unsure if she could ask a question.  He looked at her, a soft smile on his face.
“What, sweetie?” he said gently, his fingers reaching to caress a sweet nipple.  Lucy shivered. Her nipple instantly puckering and she found herself wishing he’d give it a kiss as well.
“Wh…why must I…I use my nap…nappy?   It makes Mo…Miss Molly have to work harder. I…I don’t like it either,” she managed to say.  Lucas didn’t immediately answer.  He gave her other nipple a quick caress and then bent to lightly kiss both buds.  He then sat on the bed and drew his naked wife onto his lap.  Lucy shivered and cuddled into him as he placed one arm around her waist, the other going to cup her small bottom.  She didn’t seem aware that he was listening to her soft moan and feeling her body begin to quiver.  He gave her a kiss on her forehead before he spoke.
“ Don’t concern yourself with the work that your nanny is required to do, Lucille.  It is your nanny’s job and mine to make sure you are properly taken care of to keep you safe and healthy.  Just like having your temperature taken, it doesn’t matter if you like or dislike what is required of you.  It is your job to simply do as you are told.”  He paused and was silent for several minutes before continuing.  “Kitten, it is a pleasure to take care of you.  Papas want to take care of their little ones.  Papas want their special girls to know that they are proud to be able to do everything for them.  I know that using a nappy is new for you, Lucy, but, honey, it is something you will grow accustomed to doing for your Papa.  Allowing yourself to accept the need for
