She was far too comfortable.  What she didn’t expect was for him to enter the bedroom and, upon seeing her, climb on the bed right over her and kiss her eagerly.  His hand ran up her torso until he cupped one of her breasts and started massaging it.

She arched her body up into his touch, sliding her leg back and forth to rub against him.  He dipped his head into her neck and kissed it before biting down her shoulder, making her cry out in pain.  His tongue darted out to lick the outline of his teeth marks, her skin red from it.

He kissed down the middle of her chest and stomach until he reached her hips, where he licked down in a straight line with his tongue pressed flat down against her skin.  He hooked his fingers under the waistband of her panties and pulled them off, tossing them carelessly onto the floor behind him.

He stood up and right when he was unbuckling his belt his phone started to ring.  They stared at each other until the phone suddenly stopped ringing.  He shrugged and was about to continue when his phone rang again.  He let out a sound of frustration as he buckled his belt and walked out of the bedroom to answer the call.

    “Hello,” he answered rather gruffly.

He was silent for a long time prompting Aria to walk out to the living room, wondering what was going on.  There was a strange look on his face, one Aria couldn’t exactly pinpoint, but she could tell it was not a good expression.

“I have to go,” he said quietly before pulling the phone away from his ear.  He ended the call and tossed his phone on the couch.  “It was Tina,” he said in a hollow voice as he lowered his body down to sit on the edge of the coffee table.

“Oh,” Aria responded, not quite sure what to say.

As she looked at him just sitting there, a cross between dumbfounded and upset, she started to feel anger bubble up within her.

Exactly why is she calling him , she started to wonder.  Does she really think she can just do that after breaking his heart and leaving the way she did ?

She wanted to snatch up his phone and call her back, yell into the receiver that Tina needed to adjust her way of thinking.  She wanted to make sure Tina knew he had moved on to something better, that he was now in the kind of relationship he deserved to be.  Aria had no idea why this phone call was eliciting such a strong response from her but she didn’t like it.  She wanted desperately to calm down.

Aria sunk to her knees in front of Billy and placed her hands on his legs, looking up into his eyes.  She was searching them for something, but she didn’t know what.  Perhaps she just wanted a sign that he was okay.  She didn’t stop to think about how affected he was by simply talking to her over the phone.

She let out a little yelp of surprise when he lurched forward, taking her face in his hand, and pressed his lips against hers.  He ran a hand down to curl around her neck as he deepened the kiss.  She felt he was doing so desperately as if he wanted nothing more than to forget the voice he had just heard on the other end of the receiver.  Aria pulled back and looked him straight in the eyes.

“Billy,” she whispered against his lips.  He closed his eyes and let his head fall onto her shoulder.

“I’m okay,” he told her, though he didn’t sound entirely convinced.  They stayed like that for a few moments in total silence.  She could hear his soft breathing and feel each warm breath hit the bare skin of her shoulder and spread.  He pulled back and looked into her eyes before kissing her again.  This time it was full of passion and a deep need to go further.  She pushed her head forward and kissed him back, almost matching the need he felt.

She placed her hands on his shoulders and started pushing him down onto the coffee table.  He followed her motions as she climbed on top, straddling him, hunched over so their
