Blade's Desire
me. If I hadn’t claimed you, you would have found yourself over Clay’s lap. I wouldn’t have liked that and neither would you. The only lap you’re going to be over is mine!”
When he ground his mouth against hers, Kelly felt her breasts swell, and her nipples hardened to poke at his chest. Lust sizzled through her.
Like before, Blade used his mouth ruthlessly, demanding submission to him, forcing her to open and give him complete access. And, like before, Kelly found herself swept away, unable to deny his demands.
When Blade lifted his head, his eyes glittered darkly.
Kelly searched his face and knew she had to ask. “Is keeping Clay from spanking me the only reason you claimed me?” He studied her for several moments and she wished she could read his mind.
“No,” he finally replied, “but what does it matter? You’d already agreed to belong to me for six weeks.” He shrugged. “After that I can turn you back over to Clay and Rio.”
Kelly frowned when he mentioned turning the responsibility of her protection back over to Clay and Rio and he waited to see if she would protest. When she said nothing, it made him wonder again if he’d been mistaken in her feelings for him.
He knew that he had no intention of renouncing his claim, but she couldn’t know that.
She didn’t need to know that he had already fallen for her and vowed to keep her. She certainly didn’t need any declarations of love from him.
Right now she needed the knowledge that she could get over what her fucking ex boyfriend had done to her.
She didn’t need any emotional demands from him. Still vulnerable, she could very well confuse desire for something more. She would respond to anyone with patience and knowledge. He didn’t want her mistaking the desire he could make her feel with love for him.
First, he had to do away with her inhibitions, get past all the horrors of physical intimacy that haunted her.
Then, he’d find a way to know what her true feelings were.
    But for now…
“Did you open the box I sent?”
    “No.” Kelly blushed.
    “Why not?”
Kelly felt a shiver of apprehension go through her when Blade’s face hardened and he lifted her chin.
“If you think you’re going to get out of our agreement…”
“No,” Kelly said hurriedly. “I just wanted to wait until after work.” She glanced up at him from beneath lowered lashes to find him staring at her. “I was, um, afraid that I would spend all day imagining, well, you know.”
Another glance found Blade grinning deviously.
“Imagining yourself dressed as I ordered and wondering what I’m going to do to you?”
She nodded as her face burned. “I’m already nervous. I didn’t want to make it worse.”
“Ahh. Well in that case I probably shouldn’t tell you that there’s a chain in the box that I want you to put aside for me to put on you when I get here.”
“Blade, you shouldn’t buy me jewelry.” She lifted her fingers to trace the choker she wore.
“It gives me pleasure to see you marked with my brand,” Blade told her arrogantly, running his own finger over the choker. He lowered his voice conspiratorially. “The chain will give you a great deal of pleasure, therefore pleasing me. Be ready on time.”
With a last hard kiss, he turned and walked back to his truck, whistling.
Kelly absently brushed her fingers over her swollen lips. Running her tongue over them, she found she could still taste Blade there.
Already aroused, Kelly looked at her watch and grimaced. She still had another five hours to wait.

Freshly showered, Kelly carefully smoothed on her vanilla scented lotion, all the while glancing apprehensively at the white box sitting on her bed. Finishing with the lotion, she reached for the powder. After dipping the feather applicator into the shimmering powder, she applied it all over, wondering what Blade’s reaction would be.
The powder she’d created was not only scented, but flavored, and it gave the wearer’s
