    “Yeah, he’s pretty awesome.”
Logan pours us both a vodka.
“I really miss this, Logan, just sitting here, chilling with you.”
He is dressed in boxer briefs and a tee. He hates pyjamas, he always sleeps either naked or in his boxers. His hair is still slightly wet as he sits with bare feet, still looking ridiculously hot. He rounds the breakfast bar, puts his strong arms around my waist and hugs me to him.
“Babe, it kills me sometimes, too. We will find a way to be together again. Don’t stress, Dana. Enjoy the time we have together now. I know we haven’t seen each other in six months. It’s been soul destroying, but we will work this out, I promise you that.”
    “I won’t stress, Logan.”
I lie as he kisses the bare skin at my neck.
    “Let’s go to bed.”
I reach my hand down to his taking it he tries to lead me to the bedroom. His eyes are so filled with love, I can feel the fiery passion burning into every inch of me. With a slight grin on his lips, he totally knows I just lied.
“Babe, you want to take me to bed?”
He’s in a playful mood, as he chases me around the breakfast bar, trying to pull off my towel.
    “No, don’t you dare!”
I run, screaming. He pulls the towel off and throws it across the kitchen floor. I gasp and stand staring at the towel, with my jaw on the floor.
I try to run, but fail because I’m laughing so hard. “Logan… No… Don’t tickle me… Logan!” I screech at him, but there is no chance I’m getting away from his fit, powerful and fast body. I laugh so much I get a stitch and my ribs start to hurt.
He wraps his arms around my waist, his hands at my belly button. Standing behind me, he trails light, wet kisses along the back of my neck.
His tongue sends an electric pulse all the way down to my tummy, making it burn with passion and desire.
“I will marry you one day Miss. Dana Taylor. Mrs Dana Stewart. It has a certain ring to it, don’t you think?”
“Wow. Where did that come from?”
There is nothing I want more than to be his wee wife. But everything seems to be so far out of reach, it’s just not possible to even think about it.
“One day, we will be free to do as we please. It won’t always be like this, I have to hold onto that hope,” I say, gazing into his eyes, warm and lazy with exhaustion and contentment.
“Mrs Dana Stewart. Sounds like a dream come true.”
I take his big warm hand in mine and Logan’s eyes flutter half way shut, a lopsided smile appearing at the corner of his lips, a look that completely warms my heart. I feel in this moment, that this is the place I’m supposed to be more than any other. So why is it so impossible for us to be together as the family we are?
I reach up and cup the face of this man I love so dearly and kiss his lips.
“Then we can do whatever we want.”
I let out a long sigh and I lock my eyes with his, feeling sorrow and agony at the thought of losing my Logan.

As if seeing my emotions right down to my soul, he kisses me back, soft and slow: intense, luscious kisses like we will never kiss again. I feel a burning sensation in my throat, and the tears start to fall.
He continues to kiss me. Lifting his hand, he wipes away the tears with his thumb as he cups my face.
“Hey. Talk to me, baby. You look like you just lost a tenner and found a penny.”
I take in a deep, shuddering breath, trying to steady my voice.
“I’m sorry. I just hate the girls and I not being here with you, having to live this way, always running, always looking over our shoulders.”
I kiss his neck and bury my face into his warm skin. I trail kisses slowly down his chest and circle my tongue around his nipple. I move down, tickling the ridges of his taut stomach, passing his belly button, slowly making my way down his happy trail, eliciting a groan from him as shivers run through his body. I release his thick length from
