your first time, start off with a small amount and see whether you like it.
Lickable liquids. Hungry? Horny? Both? Try chocolate body paint, which melts at body temperature, or dash into the kitchen for some honey, syrup, molasses or whipped cream. Don’t forget the maraschino cherries! Lickables are best used in the tub, where cleanup is easier, and your satin sheets and pillow cases are spared!
Sex Games
For the most satisfying dinner parties you’ve ever had, break out a sexy board game or role-playing game and let the fun begin. Widely available on the web and at adult boutiques, these games are designed for the bedroom, bathtub and even group play. Or break out a deck of cards and revive the game of strip poker.
Massage Mitts
Sadie Sez:
Place a vibrating egg in your massage mitt and give a vibrant hand job!
For a tingly sensation that’ll get your juices flowing, try a waterproof jelly massage mitt. Just lube up the outside, insert your hand, and glide its small jelly nubs across your skin—or your lover’s body. Surprise your lover with the hand job of his life—he’d never have dreamt your soft jelly fingers could feel so good. Then use your other hand to caress his testicles, or play with his nipples. Now switch off between rubbing his treasure to grazing his nipples. Gaze into his eyes and enjoy him enjoying you! Later, take your waterproof mitt into the tub—or lay it on a stack of pillows and a towel for an exciting straddle ’n slide ride!
Feather Teasers
Tantalize the senses with a long, soft, airy peacock feather. Close your eyes and take turns with your lover, caressing each other’s tender bodies. Glide it all around, from behind the ear, all the way to your lover’s toes. Enjoy the sweet, ticklish, sensual feelings you can only get from feather stimulation.
Playful Submissiveness
Are you adventurous enough to try blindfolds, fur-lined wrist ties and ankle restraints? If you enjoy the interplay of power or submission, there are many toys for you and your lover—as long as you both have a deep level of trust, solid communication skills and a “safe signal” to stop or pause any activity.

Be Safe—Be Clean
Y ou’ve certainly heard the message—practice safer sex. But do you?
When you practice safer sex, you act in a way that decreases the chance of contracting or transmitting sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and becoming pregnant. According to the National Institutes of Health:
Know your partner. Other than abstinence, a monogamous sexual relationship with an individual known to be free of any STD presents the least risk.
Wear latex condoms properly. Use them for vaginal, anal and oral intercourse. And lube them with latex-approved lubricants only. Or try sexual activities that do not involve intercourse.
Store condoms correctly. Always have them on-hand if the chance exists for spontaneous sex. And use a new one for each sexual act.
Stay sober. Alcohol or drugs may impair judgment, communication and the coordination to properly use condoms.
If you experience an allergic reaction to latex condoms or nonoxynol-9 (an ingredient in spermicides and on many popular condoms), other options may be available. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist, but do not use condoms made of lambskin, since they do not block the transmission of disease.

Condom Wraps
If you want to share your toys between partners, or even between your own orifices, you can pre-wrap them in condoms. Before you begin, just slip a condom or three over the toy, and peel one off each time you find a new place to put it. Of course, the safest approach is not to share adult toys, but to each have your own to play with! And remember: Never insert anything into your vagina that’s been used anally, until you thoroughly clean the toy.
