wouldn’t ever tell any of the other guys, but since she had started coming in and he’d touched the naked skin of her back, no other girl appealed to him. He was twenty-four years old, in the prime of his life and all he could think about was this woman. Spending time in between waiting until Melissa came back. She was driving him crazy and the only time they spoke was when she said morning, yes, please to a drink of water, or thank you.
Jack hadn’t been able to drum up the courage to ask her anything. To try and talk to her.
    What would he say?
Today was Saturday, he was determined to start talking to her. She only had three massage sessions booked and according to his sources she didn’t have any future plans to book any more.
He needed to get her out of his mind.
“Hey, Jack?” Jack turned to his friend, Tyler.
    “What’s up?” Jack asked him.
“Some of us are going to the beach tonight, you coming? Gonna be a load of hot chicks.” Tyler slapped him on the back.
Pre-Melissa, he would have jumped at the chance. Beer, ladies and partying. Now, he couldn’t even drum up the energy to smile at the invitation.
“Not tonight. Gonna stay at home.” Jack clipped on his staff badge and walked out the door of the staff changing room.
    “Seriously?”
Jack smiled at his friend, stopping to greet a few people as they passed.
“Yes, just not into it at the moment.” He stopped at his door turning to his friend as he spoke.
“Okay, well if you change your mind you know where to find us.” Tyler went into his working room.
Jack opened the door to his own room.  He checked the clock. It was nine in the morning. Melissa came in at eleven. He had two hours to think of something to say.
    Roll on eleven.
Melissa glanced at her computer screen, she was a chapter off her massage scene and she wasn’t any closer to understanding what the hell she could write.
She knew the feelings of what a massage felt like, but she didn’t have the first clue on how to write having sex with a younger man and a massage. Her publishers were getting impatient. She had a deadline to meet.  Three massages left and so far nothing to show for her time and research.
She slammed the top of her laptop down, annoyed frustrated and angry. She wasn’t looking to have sex with a younger man just to ask and research via personal experience. She was at, zip, nada, nothing. She glanced at the clock on the wall shocked to see it was already ten forty five.
“Shit,” she cursed. Picking up her bag, coat and keys, she was in her car and on the road within minutes. It seemed as if everyone else was as well. It took her half an hour to get to the leisure centre, an extra five minutes to find parking—which was as far away from the building as possible—extra time to walk to the building.
“Hello, may I help you?” The receptionist on the desk enquired.
Melissa tucked her hair behind her ear and smiled.
“I’m ever so sorry but I’m late for my appointment, can I still take my massage?”
    “What’s your name?”
    “Melissa Crane.”
She watched as she typed on the key board.
“You’ll have to go and see Jack Hill, he is the man you’ve been seeing. It is up to him if he’ll still allow you to keep your appointment.”
Melissa smiled, thanked the woman and walked as fast as she could to the room she regularly booked her appointment.
The door was closed.  She couldn’t see anyone waiting.
Tentatively she knocked. Melissa didn’t want to just barge in. If she was the lady or gentleman on the table she would have wanted someone to stop and wait.
“Just a minute.” She heard a man call from the door.
Moments later the door opened, her massager stood looking at her. After weeks of avoiding staring at him, Melissa finally got a good look at him. Over the weeks she tried not to ogle, she was here for research not to pick up a guy. He was younger than her, she could tell that instantly, not much younger but younger all
