    Chapter 10 - Landon
                  Brooklyn woke me that morning at about four so I could sneak out before Preston woke. I crept into the spare room and crashed, with thoughts of Brooklyn in my dreams.
                  It's been nearly a month, and I haven't seen Brooklyn. She and Dan had been out of town on business, and it killed me knowing they were alone in a hotel and not knowing whether they were together. Together. I've been busy, and she's been super busy since coming back from being out of town.  Dan was over at the house a few nights ago.  I've been itching to know if he fucking kissed her, much less touched what's mine. I hate having to hide us from the world.
                  I walk out the back door of the house, and she's out sunbathing in her bikini. It's bright yellow, and she’s on her belly. Her top is untied.
