    He caught her lips with his, bringing her focus back to him. Her hands glided over his well-built frame, taking delight in the way his muscles flexed with each move he made. She left no part untouched and relished the freedom to do so.
    “All right, you two, enough!”
    “I’m calling the shots now, and I’ll give my lady the power to decide.”
    “We wouldn’t want him to miss the main event,” she said between jagged breaths. “I’m on the edge, baby, please don’t stop now.”
    “I will never make you wait.” Powerful arms gathered her into an intimate embrace and his lips drew close to hers. “You are the most beautiful woman I’ve ever known.”
    He stared into her soul with smoldering pools of fire, his lips a whisper’s breadth away while skillfully moving inside until she shuddered with release. She gasped and dug her nails into the flesh of his back, then cried out in ecstasy as a wild climax ripped through her. Hot liquid gushed into her sex and his body jerked against hers. They crested that heavenly peak together and soared into a euphoric haze until nothing existed outside of their love.
    Their lips met to seal the passion raging in their souls and for the moment she didn’t care where they were or who was in the room. All that mattered was the magnificent man lying above her now, pouring his love over her in blissful waves.
     

 
     
     
    Chapter Six
     
     
    While donning her street clothes Sapphire secretly observed Blaze still chained to the chair glaring at Shook who had already dressed.
    “I don’t think he enjoyed it this time.” She feigned a pout.
    Shook cast a glance his way and laughed. “No, doesn’t look like it. What’s wrong, old chap? Do you only get off on things you can control with your sick little mind? Sapphire and I put a lot of thought into our gift to you today. Are you not grateful?”
    “Fuck off! Enjoy her now because she’ll tire of your overseas business trips before you know it. She needs a man around on a fulltime basis and she’s not going to leave her job, I know that.”
    “Didn’t I tell you? I’ve landed a very lucrative deal with a major label in the states. I’ll be doing all my promo work here from now on. Sapphire won’t mind taking some fun rides in the Viper, will you, love?” He flashed a breathtaking smile.
    “Not at all, especially if they’re anything like last night’s.”
    “Are you ready to go, angel?”
    “I’ve been ready since I got here.”
    “Hey!” Blaze shouted. “What about me? You can’t just leave me here like this.”
    She sauntered over to him with hands on her hips. “I can do whatever I want…I’m not wearing chains anymore.”
    “Baby…please…”
    “Well how about that, he actually knows how to say please.” Shook let out a sardonic laugh and turned to go.
    “Don’t worry, Blaze. Once I’m far enough away I’ll call the landlord and tell him something needs repaired.” She slung a jacket over one shoulder. “Oh by the way, I hope the image of me touching and kissing Shook and him making passionate love to me torments you forever, because that’s the last you’ll see of me.”
    “You’ll pay,” he growled.
    Suddenly Shook whipped around and in two long strides towered over Blaze. He clutched him by the throat and spoke through clenched teeth. “You ever come near her or me again—I’ll fucking well tear you apart, got that?”
    Blaze slunk back and for the first time since meeting him, she saw genuine fear in his eyes.
    Shook wrapped a protective arm around her shoulders. “Let’s go.”
    She could hear Blaze hollering until the elevator door closed. Surely someone will check on him before I even get a chance to call . But then again, this was New York, and people typically didn’t involve themselves in domestic squabbles.
