I needed to. My baby sister was going to be ok.
    Brayden
I hung up on Sloan and turned
around slowly to see a stunned looking Stella standing in her bedroom doorway.
Id slipped out from under her when my phone started vibrating in my pocket as
stealthily as I could. Obviously I was not stealthy enough, because Stella was
watching me with glassy eyes. I was pretty sure she had heard our whole
conversation.
    “You okay baby?”
Silence, but she tilted her head
to the side.
    I began moving towards her
slowly. When I was close enough I reached out to run my hand across her jaw. I
hadn’t taken my eyes off hers until now, and hot damn.
    “Stella, baby, talk to me.”
“You; you; your falling in love
with me?”
She had heard our conversation. I
was glad that’s the part she focused on, not the part about me going psycho and
murdering the guy who attacked her.
“Yea, I think I am. Is that
okay?”
The tears that were gathering in
her eyes spilled over, she threw her arms around my neck and her little body
crashed into mine. And it felt good, real damn good. I squeezed her tight and
lifted her off the ground.
    “I think I already have.”
I gently placed her on her feet,
letting her body slide down the length of mine. I grew hard at the intimate
contact.
    “You already have what Stella?”
    “Fallen in love with you.”
She was nibbling on her bottom
lip, damn if I didn’t want to be doing that right now, and looking at her feet.
The hugest smile spread across my face. I had known she must have had strong
feelings for me, for her to open up and trust me with her story. But love? I
was one lucky bastard. I honestly don’t think I’d ever been happier.
She was still looking down at her
feet. I brought one of my arms around and lifted her chin. She was nervous. Her
green eyes were filled with shadows.
    “What are you thinking Stella?”
    “Well, I umm, I wasn’t planning
on saying that. Now I feel a bit awkward, and I don’t know where to go from
here. I wasn’t even sure that’s how I felt until I said it. You’re too good to
be true, I’m worried I’m going to wake up and this will all be a sick twisted
dream of a life I wish I could have.”
    “I’m not going anywhere Stella,
ever. I'll never be further than a phone call away. You call and I’ll come
running. Feel me now, feel the heat between our bodies. That’s real Stella. I
was trying to convince myself of the same thing last night. But now I know I’ve
never felt anything so real in my life. As for where we go from here, we go
wherever you want baby. Fast, slow, I don’t care as long as it’s together.”
I watched as the shadows cleared
from her eyes just like rain clouds after a storm. Her beautiful eyes were greener
today. Shining like emeralds.
    “Can I kiss you Stella?”
I wanted to take her to bed and
show her just how real we were together, but I didn’t think she was ready for
that yet. Not after everything she’s been through. I was prepared to take it as
slow as I had to. She was worth it. No doubt in my mind.
After a minute of hesitation, she
nodded. Her shiny dark hair fell across her face. Anticipation like I’d never
known filled me. I reached up to cup her face, running my fingers into her
silky locks I tilted her face up to meet mine. As my lips grew closer to hers I
felt sparks of electricity jumping between us.
As soon as my lips made contact I
had to reign myself in. I wanted to devour her. She was so incredibly sweet. I
swiped my tongue across her bottom lip, begging for entrance, I could have cried
for joy when she opened up for me. My tongue slipped into her warm mouth, massaging
hers in a slow torturous rhythm.
My tongue rode hers the way I
wanted to be riding her. My cock was so hard; the zipper of my jeans was making
its mark. Unknowingly id backed her up against the wall. She was panting, I
slid my hands down to her curves and grabbed her ass, and she let out moan that
nearly had me cuming in my pants.
