thought. Then she looked over at their bodies, the six packs she could see and began to swim back toward them. Screw it, you only live once .
When she reached them, she saw their necklaces. She had noticed earlier when the men had taken off their shirts they both had the identical medallions. Now she saw them again and wondered what they represented. Just as she was going to ask about them, they surrounded her.
Lachlan was at her back and Reilly was facing her. She looked up into Reilly's eyes and saw the hunger there. He leaned down and ravished her mouth. She felt Lachlan run his hands around from her back to cup her breasts. She moaned into Reilly's mouth as their tongues dueled, sliding back and forth over each other. Then she broke away from the kiss.
"I'm sorry, I can't do this again here. One of my sisters or Mamo could come in at any moment," she told them both and then began to walk to the steps to get out.
The two men followed her and all three grabbed towels to dry off. Instead of drying themselves, they turned to Ari and began to dry her off. She could feel their hands through the towels running all over her body. She moaned at the sensation. When they finished drying her, they quickly dried themselves and then helped her into her clothes before getting their own.
Without saying a word, Lachlan took her hand and drew her out the back door to the pool with Reilly following them. All three quietly let themselves into the kitchen only to find her sisters and grandmother there. They all turned as one to Ari and the men and took in their appearance. Reilly and Lachlan excused themselves saying they had something to take care of and headed toward the stairs. She gave them both an angry glare as they left with amusement on their faces.
Her grandmother quietly left the room without a word. It was then the silence grew until Calli said, "Sooo, I see you took a swim. How were they, I mean, was it?"
Kira and Erin snickered. Ari stuck her tongue out at all of them and flounced out of the room. She could hear her sisters’ furious whispers as she went up the stairs. Great , she wondered which one was on the phone with Sheela right now.

Chapter Nine

Reilly and Lachlan quietly let themselves out of the castle while the ladies were preparing dinner. Coni had met them upstairs in Reilly's room to give them the potions. They went out to the men they had trussed up in the caretaker's cottage where no one could find them and gave them the potions. Then the transport they had called for arrived and the four men were taken away. Their memories were wiped of their whole visit to the glen.
The Council was upset that someone had attacked one of the Blessed Five. The seer had also known of their tryst in the pool house. Reilly and Lachlan were congratulated on finding their match. They all spoke about the threat and how they could be more vigilant. Reilly asked that when the Council sent the other teams, they quietly guard the castle grounds. They agreed, they would be cloaked so there wouldn't be any questions to answer at the time. The sisters weren't ready to be overwhelmed yet.
Lachlan began to pace after they signed off with the Council. "He almost got her, Ri."
"I know, Lachlan. I know." Reilly sat down on his bed and looked at his brother.
"It's okay. We got there in time and look at the bright side, she's ours," Lachlan said.
Reilly broke out into a grin. "That she is, brother. Did you feel the heat?" he asked as he grabbed his medallion.
Lachlan grabbed his, too. "Yes, I did. It is just as Athair said it would be."
Reilly nodded. Then he stood up. "Well, Coni assured me that she was telling the girls in the morning. We must continue to be vigilant. Come on, we need to help with dinner."
Lachlan followed Reilly out the door and down the steps. He hoped they had enough time to solidify their relationship with Ari before Coni talked to her. The next few days were going to be bumpy for her and he wanted
