tiny charm was an exact replica of a baby shoe. Her eyes teared, and she couldn’t speak for a moment.
“ Do you like it?” he asked, his voice hesitant for the first time.
She nodded and then leaped into his arms. “I love it; God, it is just perfect. Thank you, thank you.”
He took a deep breath and then bent to kiss her again. He felt her heart beating against his and knew he’d picked the perfect gift. He heard her moan and felt his cock shift. God, this woman turned him on with just a kiss. He set her back and said, “I’m glad you like it, sweetheart. It’s to remind you that the journey might be a bit rough, but one baby step after another will get us there.” She nodded, her heart too full to speak. He looked up to see Beth standing in the doorway. She smiled at him and he saw her wipe her eyes. He felt himself flush a bit and then grinned. He kissed Izzy once again and said, “We’d better get going; we need to go give the bride her gift.”
Izzy looked up , surprised, but nodded. She turned to see her Aunt and couldn’t keep the smile off her face or her hand from touching the charm hanging from her wrist. She skipped up the steps and held up the bracelet. Her heart was fluttering, just seeing the small charm swing from her wrist. Beth told her it was beautiful and then stepped aside as Coleman led Izzy up the stairs.
“ Hey, you can’t go in there,” Izzy said, as Coleman started towards Nancy’s room.
He turned and grinned , “Giving the orders is my job, Isabella.”
Her heart lurched but she nodded slowly. “Um, I know, but… well, she’s probably not decent.”  His grin widened and he wagged his eyebrows up and down. She giggled and whispered, “You know what I mean. Everyone is dressing!”
Laughing , he bent to kiss her quickly. “Honey, I know that. She is, however, missing strategic parts of her ensemble, and I’ve been tasked to reapply them.”
Knowledge surged through Izzy , and she smiled. “The butterflies.” He nodded. “Okay, but first, may I please go in and make sure the bride is either alone or doesn’t care that the entire female portion of the wedding party knows that Jack wants her clamped, um, Sir?”
He was highly pleased at both her request and her address. He pulled her close and kissed the top of her head. “That’s my girl. Go on, but make it quick. Jack needs help getting ready as well.”
She nodded and stepped into the room , after a quick knock. The room was full of females in various stages of dress. Nancy looked up and said, “Where have you been? I thought you were right behind me.”
I zzy smiled and went to her friend. “I was just welcoming Jack and Cole, but I need to ask you something in private.” Nancy was intrigued. Since when did Coleman become Cole? She smiled and pulled Izzy towards the closet. They both stepped inside the large walk-in.
“ And how is your Coleman today?” She loved seeing Izzy smile, and as she lifted her hand to tuck a stray strand of long hair behind her ear, Nancy saw the bracelet. She grabbed Izzy’s wrist and looked at it. “Oh Iz, it’s gorgeous. It’s a baby shoe… oh, God, how romantic!” Izzy couldn’t stop smiling, loving her friend’s reaction. She was just about to go into how wonderful it was, when a loud knock pounded on the door.
“ Oh God, it’s Cole. Um, he needs to put the butterflies back on you, Nance. I asked him if he’d let me see if you wanted it done in private—you know, without the others seeing?”
Nancy grinned at the thought of Jack ’s special gift. She hugged Izzy and said, “Honey, you are just too sweet. No, it’s fine. You know all of us used to play together, and I have nothing to hide. Go let him in before he breaks down the door.”
Izzy nodded and was soon opening the door after warning the others that a man was about to come in. Robes were grabbed and wrapped around half-naked bodies by the time Coleman stepped into the room. Izzy felt uncertain of
