knit,” said Emily, now showing the rest of the customers her handiwork.
    Natalie
was standing by the counter wearing jeans and a sweater and looking at Emily
with pride as if she was her own daughter. She loved her. It was written all
over her face.
    She
looked at him and he winked before mouthing, thank you.
    “So
what do you think of your granddaughter’s new talent?” he asked his mother. She
stopped wiping down the counter and looked up at him.
    “I’m
putting in a request for socks to wear to bed so I can keep my feet warm.”
    “I
can do it. I can make them,” said Emily.
    “How
about Emily and I go home for some supper and maybe you can show Natalie more
of our little town,” said his mother.
    She
winked at him. This time it wasn’t Lacey playing matchmaker but his own mother,
and he had no problem with that at all. Nothing like having
your whole family thinking that this woman was pretty damn perfect for him.
    Show
her the rest of the town. He had one spot he wanted to take her. He grew hard
just thinking about it.
    ****
    “Just
where are we going?” Natalie saw Flynn turn down a dirt road that seemed to
lead to nowhere.
    “I am
taking you to the make out spot of the town.”
    “Really? And
what are we going to do there?”
    He
reached across and squeezed her knee and she laughed.
    “I
hope that no one else in town has decided to come here for a little whoopee tonight.”
    “A
little whoopee. Is that what you call it in these
parts?”
    It
was her turn to reach across and squeeze his knee.
    He
turned down another road and then she realized they were halfway up a mountain
road with a panoramic view of the town. Its lights sparkling
and oh so pretty. As well as falling for Flynn, she was also falling in
love with Timber Creek.
    “It’s
beautiful.”
    “Yeah,
lots of people lie and say they come here strictly for the view.”
    “I
bet they do.”
    He
grabbed her hand as they looked out the windshield.
    “So
what is it that makes cowboys so hot and sexy and wonderful in bed?”
    He
leaned over and kissed her. “The lifestyle and the steaks.”
    Natalie
laughed and took his hat and put it on her head.
    “It
suits you. Maybe we should think about getting you one too.”
    He
edged closer to her.
    “How
many girls have you made out with up here?” she asked.
    “Let’s
see there’s been Julie, Abbey, Sarah, oh and not forgetting, Sally and…”
“Lucky girls.”
    “And
now lucky you.”
    He
unzipped her jacket and put his hand under her sweater.
    “Is
this first base to a cowboy?”
    “Hell
no, this is.” His fingers went inside her bra and passed over her nipples.
    “You
have such rough fingers, but I love them.”
    She
reached over and unzipped the fly on his jeans.
    Natalie
put her hand inside the slit in his boxers and found him hard and hot, and
shit, it made her panties damp.
    “Touch
my balls,” he whispered, kissing her and pushing her sweater up over her belly.
    She
ran her fingers around them, hearing him groan as she stroked gently underneath
them.
    “Every
time we have sex I want to take it slow but you’re just too beautiful and
sexy,” he said.
    That
was one of the nicest compliments she’d ever heard.
    “I
think we might be more comfortable in the back,” he said.
    “That
sounds very naughty but I like it a lot,” said Natalie as the two of them
climbed over the front seats into the back of the truck.
    He
eased off her jacket, lifted up her sweater and then reached behind her back
and unclasped her bra. It fell onto her lap.
    Flynn
massaged her breasts, making her almost drool. She licked her lips as he rolled
her nipples, pulling them ever so gently, and making them erect and throb.
    She
shivered.
    “I
guess we should hurry and do something to warm you up,” said Flynn.
    “Got
any ideas?” she asked.
    She
leaned back, tempting him to pull down the zipper on her pants. He reached out
and yanked at it. She raised her hips off the seat so he could remove them.
