him, he was more than ready to get dressed. Still, it wasn’t all that big a deal compared to the pack not making a living or the wolves not being able to run. It made him wonder just what kind of moneymaking venture his own Alpha was looking at for their pack.
Their pack so badly needed an injection of funds. Maybe they could do something like this. Not on the whole farm but if they had a dedicated barn maybe they could keep one area scrupulously free from contamination. It was a thought, at least. Although he couldn’t imagine suggesting it to the Alpha unless he was specifically asked for ideas.

On the way back to Hanson Mall in Heidelberg, Georgia was totally absorbed in her papers. She had them set out in piles on the backseat around her, and occasionally Ethan heard her muttering about them. He was proud of the work she was doing. She and Wynn, Willow, and Hawthorne, along with the others helping them, were the brightest hope the shape-shifters had of discovering why so few girls were born, and therefore providing a solution to the problem.
Nevertheless he kept a strict watch for somewhere scenic for them to stop so he and Nolan could ask her to go out with them on a real date. Fucking her was the most amazing and best thing he’d ever done. But a real date would be even better. He wanted to show her all his and Nolan’s favorite places, cook her a meal on the campfire, and then make love to her all night long without having to worry about anyone overhearing them.
Of course, they’d have to ask permission from their Alpha and borrow tents and camping gear, but he was certain the Alpha would approve. The Alpha truly wanted more females in the pack. Even if her work would take all of them away from the farm a lot, she’d still count as a member of the Simon pack.
Nolan pointed to a sign and Ethan smiled as Nolan pulled off the Interstate onto a secondary road leading up a hill. The sign led to a scenic lookout. He only hoped it really was pretty, not some neighborhood just trying to lure tourists there for no good reason.
Ethan glanced in the backseat but Georgia didn’t seem to have noticed the turn or the change in gradient. The sign said five miles. No need to interrupt her train of thought yet.
Fortunately the hilltop outlook was worth the visit. It was surprisingly high above the surrounding area, with a nice view in two directions out over pastures, crops, and trees, with a lake in the far distance.
Nolan stopped the car and even then Georgia didn’t look up. He and Nolan jumped out of the SUV and opened her door. “Are we there already? No, this isn’t—where are we?”
Ethan tugged gently on her arm. “It’s a scenic lookout. We thought you’d like to see it.”
She laid the papers she was holding crossways on another pile of papers, pushed her pen through the spiral binding of her notebook, and laid it on the top of all her work, and only then let him pull her out of the car.
She stretched her arms over her head, lengthening her spine and looking far more like a sexy cat than a wolf, before following them across to the viewpoint.
“It is pretty. Thank you for making me stand up and look around.”
Ethan held both her hands. “Georgia, Nolan and I would like to invite you out on a proper date with us.”
Nolan rested his hands on her shoulders. “We remembered what you said about Girl Scouts and campfires. Will you please come with us to the Simon farm and we’ll camp for a couple of days? We’ll cook you real campfire food.”
“We’ll take you to all our favorite places and show you the best things on the farm and all the good things about camping,” said Ethan.
Ethan watched her gaze switch from him to Nolan and back again. She leaned forward and dropped a chaste kiss on his cheek, and another one on Nolan’s cheek. “I’d like that. I’d love to see where you both grew up and go camping with you. But not for about two weeks. First, I need to tabulate
