He’s changed from the boy I knew that for sure. He’s now a huge hulk of a man with bright green mischievous eyes. His hair’s pulled back into a man bun. I can still see how thick it is and I want to put my hands in it. His face has gone from boyish and soft to manly and firm. He has a beard covering the bottom half of his face. It’s groomed and I have to say it works for him. The tattoos on his neck and arms are sinful. The cut has a patch with the initials B.H.S.MC and another patch that says Treasurer. That tells me he’s definitely not the boy I once knew. He’s a sexy as fuck man that’s here to see his kids he just found out about. I don’t get out and about at all. However, everyone knows about the Bloody Harlan Saints MC. He’s the living breathing definition of a bad boy. He’s my living fantasy come to life. Oh man I’m in trouble because he’s not the boy I gave my heart too. He’s all man now. I’ll have to guard my heart against him. I can see heart break all over him even though that’s the last thing I want to do. I have to remember he’s here for the children and not me.
“Hi. When did you get into town?” I say after I clear my throat.
“I rode in last night after Nic called me.”
“The twins are eating their breakfast. I told them that you were on a special trip and when you could come back you would.”
“Babe I never would’ve let your cunt of a mom run me off if I had known you were pregnant. I should’ve grown a pair back then and stood up to her but I was a little pussy bitch. You don’t have to worry about that anymore. My balls dropped years ago. I take care of what’s mine.” He says to me with a look in his eyes that I can’t describe.
I stand there with my jaw dropped and he gives a little laugh.
“Let’s get in there. I want to meet my fucking kids babe.” He says
I walk in the door and he follows behind me. I can feel his eyes on my ass as I’m walking up the stairs to the living room space. I have to suppress the shiver that runs through my body. I think he knows because I hear what sounds like a groan and then he clears his throat.

As we come up the stairs the children notice the person behind me. They’re paralyzed with an awe struck look on their faces momentarily. Jamie’s the first one out of his seat as he takes off running to his daddy.
“I knew you would come. I prayed super hard last night for you to come home.” He yells excitedly.
I make my way to jazz as she has tears running down her face.
“Is he really here or is this just a dream mommy.” She asks afraid she’s dreaming.
“He’s really here princess.” I say with a smile and my eyes brimming with tears.
Dean has Jameson in his arms and I don’t think my boy is going to be letting Dean go anytime soon. He’s making his way to Jasmine. When he gets in front of her he drops to his knees. She scrambles out of her chair and launches herself at him. She’s crying so hard I’m afraid she’ll not be able to catch her breath. He holds them both so tight and I see he’s got tears in his eyes. He’s whispering that he loves them and he’s sorry it took him so long to get home to them. I have tears running down my face at this point. This is what I’ve dreamed about for what feels like forever.
“Get your cute little ass over here.” He says to me.
I’m about to tell him to watch his mouth but both the kids start giggling. Jazz tells him he has to put money in the swear jar like Aunt Jess.
“I’ll put money in the jar but not until your momma comes over. I want to hug my whole family at the same time.” He says to them.
I want to tell him his whole family’s not here until I understand what it is he’s saying. I exhale a shuddering breath before I walk to him. I put my arms around our babies and he has his arms around us all. We stay like that for a few minutes. I can feel the twins wiggling to get out of the hold he has us in. I back up and he lets
