Shambala and link to World myths & legends:

Going after the lost city of gold, maybe a lost world was a bizarre idea indeed. We could easily have planned on robbing a bank, mooching off rich girlfriends, but no – we had to choose this!. We liked things different. It was not just the money that seemed to excite us then, but I suppose it was the sheer thrill of adventure that added to the excitement. A journey to the center of the earth sounded so cool. Monica’s theory that Shambala could lie at the center of the earth was definitely out of the box.

Fully aware of the impact her statement had on us, Monica said, “You see, the Atlaneans were said to possess immense riches, advanced weaponry and were far ahead in all fields of science. Right? The Nine Unknown have documented these sciences in nine books. They define the ends of science and knowledge. There is nothing in their fields that is unknown to them. You need help”, said Monica wryly.

Finding a hidden place was one thing, but battling advanced science was a different ball game.

“Look, you will need to meet Professor my colleague, Geri Traver to learn more about these secret books which the Nine Unknown wrote and continue to enhance. She is an astronomer who knows a lot. The key to finding the Lost city of Shambala is to know all about these sciences to elevate your knowledge to enter Shambala - if you can ever find it. You will need to know the basics if you ever decide to even remotely use that knowledge to save your lives…”

“So I gather Atlantis is Shambala and we know shit about Atlantis. Are we trying to find the lost world of Atlantis here, woman?” I asked Monica, scratching my chin. It was all I could do then.

“More than that, Chief. Look, the scriptures of 99 Palms make a reference of Avalon, from Arthurian legend which was populated by such evolved beings. Again, Avalon is Shambala. El Dorado, the Lost City of gold referred in Spanish history or Ys, the mythical city on the coast of Brittany or Hyperborea, the perfect place or paradise from the legends of Greece. All these mythical cities, cities of untold wealth, wisdom and intelligence, where do you believe they disappeared to? Ile-Ife, Xanadu, Dwarka, Beyul…where did all these cities go?” exclaimed Monica animatedly, touching a cold bottle of water to her forehead.

Maybe, the cold water was preventing her from blowing up in exasperation.

“The answer is there in the ancient texts of 99 Palms. It refers to all these mythical and legendary places of yore, the perfect worlds that seem to have disappeared overnight! Like El Dorado, these are cities of gold. The inhabitants of these lost cities had far evolved beyond the logical realm of science and logic as we know of today. Where did they go?” quizzed Monica as she again took a sip of water from her bottle.

“Yeah…I’m worried about them too. Go on, educate us”, said Hound smiling as he wiped his brow with a wet tissue. The sun was high and it was noon. It was getting warm.

“Understand this well. All these cities pretty much disappeared overnight. It is clearly mentioned in the ancient scriptures of 99 Palms that the inhabitants of these lost cities had reached a certain level of progress, consciousness, enlightenment and scientific enhancement that they did not die. They just evolved into higher beings and moved to a different plane of thought. They transported themselves into a parallel dimension. All these cities came together and formed a different world. You must realize that there are different dimensions in this universe, you see?” said Monica, wondering if we would grasp that.

What she didn’t know was that we are the same beings who had dealt with quantum physics, UFOs, aliens and shit like that when we saved the world from doom in ‘Horn OK Please – The Scrotum Scrolls’
