out there,” DC said.
“And we’re drinking. We’ve already used up a lot of energy today. I’m finally rested. We need to sleep and deal with it tomorrow night.” Phoebe sipped her wine.
“She’s right. Let’s make this work, make it real. The bed in Phoebe’s room is old wrought iron, even the frame. I think DC’s is too. We can put them together in the master bedroom, and find a way to weld or lock them together.” Reed got down to eating.
Andy nodded. “I’ll fix that. Drill holes and screw them together. Done.”
Phoebe blushed and Jude leaned over. “You okay?”
She nodded. “Very. And very happy.”
“Us too.” He hugged her tight.

For twenty-four hours, DC had been walking on air. Or sunshine. Or something else as happy. Reed hadn’t retreated on his admission of affection. Instead, he showed it all the time.
Andy had locked the beds together, and last night the group had tested his work. It was the perfect amount of space and very sturdy. Tonight, however, they’d put it to a more active test with spells and sex.
DC lit the candles as Reed set out the crystals.
“I don’t want anything to happen to you,” Reed said.
“Same here.” DC kissed Reed hard. “Maybe that’s why you couldn’t handle your feelings. The work was so dangerous.”
Reed nodded. “My luck would be to take a leap and lose.”
“Not this time!” Phoebe entered and snapped off the lights. “No bad luck for anyone. We have all the good luck forever because we have each other. We’ll need it since we’re fighting evil. But you better take the time and enjoy all the good stuff or it might go away because we’re not appreciating it.”
“Be careful this time. No using up your powers incinerating demons when we may need you in a crunch,” Reed said.
DC kissed him. “Progress. We’re learning.”
“I’ll say. Not trying to keep me out of the fight. Much better, but let’s try the spell and get our power as strong as possible first.” She slipped off her clothes and stretched out on the bed.
The men started to disrobe, and DC set the lighter safely on the dresser. “In this case, the demons have only been going after women for their lethal attacks. So they might target you more than us.”
DC and Reed reclined on one side of her. She snuggled close. “I’ve located the demons. We’ll get them all tonight.”
“At the bar?” Andy flopped on the bed and Jude crawled on top of him.
“That seems to be where they troll for women. I can lure them into the alley, and you guys attack.” Phoebe rolled over and kissed the other guys.
“Sure that’s a good idea? Maybe we should go to their house and wait for them?” DC suggested.
“We’ll debate later.” Reed pulled DC into a kiss.
DC felt Reed’s nerves. Sex as a couple was amazing, but with the group, Reed was just a little unsure. “It’ll be great.”
Reed nodded and they kissed, rubbing their bodies to each other until both men were hard. When DC looked up, he saw Andy fucking Jude’s ass as Jude eased into Phoebe.
“I think we need to complete the fun. Want to be in the middle?” DC offered.
“No, I want to fuck you this time.” Reed nudged DC to Phoebe’s lush backside. Being pressed between their hot bodies had DC groaning. Reed slid protection on DC, and while it seemed a little silly, it felt insanely intimate. DC lubed Phoebe’s ass as Reed worked DC’s. Phoebe tilted herself and the other guys so they’d all fit.
    “Ready?” DC whispered to her.
    “Are you?” She kissed him.
Hell yes! DC pressed into her ass, and Reed filled him at the same time. It was a dual thrill, and DC held his hips in check to do his part slowly so he could enjoy it. When he was pressed to Phoebe’s sweet bottom, he held still and let Reed fill him all the way.
“Hold still,” DC said to Phoebe. She nodded. DC eased back and then rocked back and forth. Jude imitated DC’s technique, and they held Phoebe secure as they
