feel it jerking inside her. In the next second, Momo cried as she flung her head back onto Keaton’s shoulder, her body shuddering as she creamed.
“Yes!” he cried, and exploded. He felt like he was pouring his life into her, unable to do nothing else but ride the wave.
And then they all collapsed into each other’s arms, panting and sweating. Ash was literally unable to move. His bones had liquefied, and he felt like he had died and gone to heaven a happy man.
Momo was on his chest, her body heaving as she gulped in deep breaths. He plopped out of her, and he reached down to grab himself, easing the condom off and tying it. He leaned over the bed and put it in the trash.
“That was fucking fantastic,” she murmured to them. “Now, next time, give me a little spanking and I’ll be one happy woman.”
And with that little statement, Ash’s cock twitched happily.

Chapter Eleven

“So come on, man!” Taylor moaned. “What did they say?”
“Wait till Mike gets here,” Byron said.
“Mike Schmike!” Taylor said with a huff. He crossed his arms and flopped back on the couch, but his knee jittered crazily, belying his nervousness.
“You wouldn’t like it very much if we were saying Taylor Schmaylor if it was you, would you?” Momo shot at him.
    Keaton laughed.
Taylor sent her a withering glance. “And what exactly are you still doing here?”
    “Easy,” Ash warned.
“She’s part of the band now,” Keaton told him firmly. “Without her sound, Gil Johannson wouldn’t have offered us a deal memo.”
Taylor practically jumped out of his seat. “So we have it? We go in to talk to the entertainment lawyers?”
“Wait for Mike,” Byron all but growled to him.
“Fuck,” Taylor muttered under his breath as he crossed his arms again and pouted.
Keaton looked at Ash and rolled his eyes.
“Sorry I’m late!” Mike called out as he opened the repository’s door.
“Thank the fuck!” Taylor yelled, throwing his hands in the air.
    “What’d I miss?” Mike asked.
“We waited for you,” Byron told him.
“So sit the fuck down so we can hear about us signing with Abca records,” Taylor retorted.
“Cool it, Taylor,” Keaton warned in a stern voice.
Mike plopped next to him, and Taylor fell quiet looking expectantly at Byron, Keaton, and Ash.
“The meeting went well,” Byron said. “As you know, Gil Johannson offered a deal memo to us, and today Keaton, Ash and I saw it. Basically it states that in addition to recording ‘Space,’ we write two more songs to show them what we got. We get to use their facilities, have use of their music editors, their mixers, we’ll get a producer and basically, guys…and girl…we’ve got our foot in the door.”
A round of cheers went around.
Byron held up his hands. “Wait. I want you to think about what’s in store for us. We start next week, and for one month, we have to put our balls to the wall. Yes, Momo, even you. Now, the big issue is our jobs. We all have them, but now it’s time to see if shifts can be worked around because, if not, then you have a choice to make.”
    “Fuck jobs,” Taylor said.
“Yeah, I’m with Taylor on this one,” Mike replied.
Ash held up his hands. “I have no problem quitting the newspaper. I have some money saved up that can float me for a while.”
“My parents will help me out,” Momo added.
“All I am is a line cook,” Keaton said. “Those jobs are a dime a dozen.”
Byron nodded at each member. “Good. Now, if they like what we got to offer, then get ready for major work. This is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s going to be stressful, hateful, and there will be times when we can’t stand each other. But we push through because we’re professionals. Got it?”
“Were you a motivational speaker in another lifetime?” Keaton asked.
That was enough to diffuse the tension that had quickly developed with Byron’s speech. Everyone relaxed with a few chuckles.
    “When do we go to
