please come back and stick to my body just below my salami stick.
Her scent filled my senses as soon as I entered. I knew, hell no, I felt her in her room asleep. Disappointment filled my gut. I wouldn’t be enjoying her company through dinner that night, it seemed. Still, I wanted to walk in her room and climb into bed so I could wrap my arms around her while she slept.
Hold the fuck on . I was thinking of cuddling now? Jesus. Had my balls really shriveled up and dropped off? I took my sac in hand and jiggled them. Definitely still there.
What was the woman in the other room doing to me?
Sleep. I needed sleep and a fresh brain. I bypassed everything and went into my room, took a nice, long, cold shower and fell into bed. Sleep invaded my mind quickly.

    * * * *

A scream ripped through my slumber. I was up and out of bed, running for my bedroom door in seconds. I opened it as another scream shredded the night.
    Julie.
Fuck. The scream had come from her room. Panic squeezed my heart. My legs took me across the floor and barreling into her room as another painful scream lurched from my mate’s body. Her back arched on the bed; her eyes were screwed tight as her mind kept her in the nightmare.
Without thought other than to comfort my jewel, I climbed onto the bed. Lifting her to sit in my lap, I rocked her back and forth, uttering soft, reassuring words that she was safe. At first she tried to fight my grip, until reality came crashing back to her.
On a shuddering breath, she whispered, “Falcone?”
The desire to kill my brother swamped me once again. My body tensed and my upper lip rose just before I clipped out, “No.”
She sighed my name. “Dean.” And then stretched. Her perfect bottom rubbed against my eager cock, which caused him to perk to life. Probably sniffing for action, which he wasn’t going to get.
“Are you okay?” I asked through clenched teeth. I needed her to be okay, so I could drop her on the bed and bolt for my room where I would take my dick in hand thinking of all the ways I wanted to take my mate.
“Yes,” she mumbled. “Bad dream.” She wiggled again and then paused.
Shit. I knew she felt my hardness.
    Is everything okay? Connor asked.
Yes, just a dream, I answered. Tell the others.
Will do, take care of your mate.
    Of course, dickhead.
    “Dean?” Julie’s tone was unsure.
“Ah, do you remember what the dream was about?”
“It’s a little foggy. I think it was something about the girl on the train and… no, it slipped away.” She looked up at me timidly. “Did I wake you because of it?”
Nodding, I said, “You were screaming. I swear I just turned gray from it.” I ran the hand that didn’t hold her tightly to me through my hair, and asked with wide eyes and a tinge of fake fear in my voice, “Do you see any?”
She laughed, which was what I hoped for. “No, doofus. It’s still all dark and dreamy.” She blushed.
“You think my hair is dreamy?”
My sweet jewel rolled her eyes. “In a nightmarish way. In fact, that dream I had was about all of your hair falling off your head, leaving you bald.”
“Woman, never tease me about my hair,” I warned.
“Or what?” she queried, and shifted once again. I bit my tongue to stop the groan wanting to fall from my lips.
Instead, I smiled wickedly and said, “Or this.” And then I proceeded to tickle her waist. She squealed and tried to knock my hands away.
“Stop, please stop,” she begged breathlessly. She fell back, hitting the mattress. I straddled her waist and kept up my torture, which also would help her mind ease from the unwanted thoughts of her nightmare. Even if she didn’t remember, it was obvious it had stressed her, if her screams were anything to go by. She gasped. “If you don’t stop, I’ll pee myself.”
My hands stilled. Honesty laced her words, and I didn’t want her embarrassed. Even if it would be humorous for my sake. Resting my hands at the sides of her head on the
