shower.” He took her hand
tugging her toward the bathroom.
“No, baby. That’s later.” She smiled at him.
Grayson kissed her and walked into the bathroom. Tonight was her
turn and she planned to show him what he meant to her.
Grayson came out ten minutes later to find
her cleaning manically. Her Mary J. blasting, the house smelling
like lemons. She gave him the list and a kiss.
“Hurry back.” She said softly. Grayson read
over the list.
“Strawberries and whipped cream.” He
grinned. “You know how I love to lick whipped cream out of your-,”
She pressed her finger to his lips.
“Tonight’s about romance.” She said smiling.
Grayson kissed her finger.
“Be back soon.” He slapped her ass and
walked out. Josie smiled biting her lip and lowered her head. God
did she love that man.
Josie put the small battery operated candles
and tea lights all over the room. She changed the sheets to red
satin sheets she’d bought for this occasion. A night of true
romance. A night she couldn’t have with him at home. She made a
playlist full of Maxwell and Sade, amongst others, which was
waiting for her to press play. She took a shower with her favorite
honey-vanilla body wash and moisturized twice to make certain her
skin was soft. Josie did her toenails the purple color he loved.
She then wrapped on her robe and went out to check the steaks she
was making for dinner. She was almost ready for their night
together.
Grayson walked in with his arms full of bags
and kicked the door shut behind him. She smiled as he put them on
the counter staring at her. She had on her black satin robe and he
could tell she was naked underneath.
“Should I go get naked?” He asked making her
laugh.
“No, but I put out an outfit for you in the
other room.” She said. “Don’t go into our room.”
“Oh,” He grinned. “Ok.” He walked around to
her. They kissed softly. His hand began to travel slowly up the
inside of her thigh. Josie whimpered stopping him.
“She’s warming up for later.” She told him
and he grinned. That sexy grin that made her clit pulsate with
need. He kissed her again moving to her neck but stopped cold.
“Honey vanilla huh?”
“Yeah.” She said. He swallowed hard and
nodded.
“Honey vanilla.” He whispered kissing her.
It was the one scent of all her perfumes and body sprays that got
him really hard. “I’ll go get ready for our night.” He kissed her
forehead and walked away. Josie watched him.
“I love you Grayson.” She said. He stopped
turning to her, a smile rolled over his beautiful lips.
“I know baby and God do I love you too.” He
said and he turned walking down the hall and into the second room.
Josie smiled to herself lowering her head.
By six it was dark and she lit the candles
on the table. Dinner was done and warm in the oven. The radio on
the counter was on the classic soul station. Grayson walked out
into the living room in a white shirt and navy slacks. Josie was
still in her robe. She dashed pass him, the honey-vanilla still
strong on her as she ran down the hall to their room. He smiled to
himself wondering what she had planned.
Grayson sat at the table listening to the
sounds. He could hear the dogs still playing out back, Marvin Gaye
serenading on the radio, the birds fading into night silence and
Josie opening closets and closing draws. He knew that he was in for
a treat.
Josie returned in a short red lace dress and
sexy black stilettos. Under the dress he could see a black pushup
bra and a black thong. Her hair was up in a sexy upsweep with soft
curls slipping down in back.
“Oh dear lord.” He mumbled staring at her.
Josie leaned against the counter biting her lip, watching him stand
and walk to her as if answering some silent call.
“I get to feast on this tonight?” He
asked.
“No.” Josie said. He stared at her puzzled.
“I get to feast on you.” She walked away and to the stove taking
out the food. Grayson felt hot and throbbing all over.
