“Well, hello, Mr. Harrison.” Jurnee stepped up to him, fingering a loose strand of hair over her shoulder. “You look . . .”
“Delicious.” Kandi playfully elbowed Jurnee on her arm.
Jurnee pursed her red glossy lips. “That fits.” Jurnee blushed then looked at her dress. She wanted everything to be in order in front of Trevon.
“Jurnee.” Trevon nodded. “You look nice tonight.”
Kandi rolled her eyes. “This nigga is an all around gentleman. He even opened doors for me.”
“Then you should feel honored,” Jurnee told her without taking her eyes off Trevon.
“Where is Janelle?” Kandi asked, looking around.
“Up in her office. She would like to speak to you, Mr. Harrison, or would you rather wait till business hours on Monday?”
“No, I’ll see her now,” Trevon said eagerly.
“I figured you would,” Jurnee stated. “If you’ll follow me, I’ll take you up to her office.”
“Y’all go on without me.” Kandi winked at Trevon. “Good luck,” she added, then stepped off and intentionally swished her big ass for him to lust over.
Jurnee and Trevon headed up the stairs and away from the party. Two more guards stood at the top of the stairs and their presence pushed Trevon to ask why they were needed.
“Janelle had a bad experience with a stalker last year. The guy somehow made it onto the estate, but one of the dogs got ahold of him. We also had a few issues with common thieves, so the security is needed. Tonight you’re seeing more than the usual because of this party.”
    “Does Ms. Babin live alone?”
“No. She has three women staying here. They are signed with Amatory.”
“Sorta like the Playboy Mansion.” Trevon grinned as he followed Jurnee down the hall.
“Something like that. But don’t compare her company to any other. Janelle is very serious about her business and she’s not to be underestimated because she’s a female.”
“That thought never entered my mind.” Trevon stole a glance at Jurnee’s sexy legs.
“Well, here we are.” Jurnee came to a stop at a closed door. She looked Trevon over, smiled, then knocked on the glossy oak door.
Twenty-eight-year-old CEO of Amatory Erotic Films, Janelle Babin looked up from her Apple iPad tablet. She smiled as Jurnee walked in followed by Trevon.
“Stay, Dino,” she said, giving a command to her loyal pit bull who sat by her feet.
“I found Mr. Harrison,” Jurnee said, pulling at the hem of her tight dress before sitting.
“Glad you could make it, Mr. Harrison.” Janelle had to admit to herself that he was looking good.
“I don’t think LaToria gave me a choice,” he said, sitting next to Jurnee in a separate leather chair.
Janelle and Jurnee exchanged a quick glance. Jurnee shrugged.
“I see you’re already on a first name basis with Kandi.” Janelle was surprised at this because Kandi rarely spoke about her private life. She wanted to be branded as the best in the adult-film industry, which is why she used her screen name exclusively.
“I think I would be with the two of you wanting me to move in with her.”
“Have you made up your mind yet?” Janelle asked him.
Trevon made sure he sat up straight. “Do I have a job?”
Janelle folded her hands. “As I said at my office, you have two of the three assets that I look for. Before I sign you, we need to find out what’s up with the last item.”
Jurnee coughed then stood up. She knew what was about to go down.
“You can stay,” Janelle said with a small grin. “In fact, would you like to see if Mr. Harrison has what it takes to be a porn star?”
Jurnee looked at Trevon and saw the lost look on his handsome face. “I’d love to,” she said.
“Could you stand up and drop your pants, Mr. Harrison?” Janelle whispered.
Trevon looked at the two lovely women. Both returned his incredulous stare. “You serious, right?”
“This is business, Mr. Harrison,” Janelle said without smillng. “I want to see how big your
