more agitated as she stood before him not talking.
Finally, he lifted her head to look into her eyes and he knew what she was planning.

“Oh, hell no you don"t,” he said and called loudly, “Noah we got a problem.” Bailey closed her eyes tightly, knowing she needed to get herself together if she were going to convince these two men to let her go. She had never had a one-night stand in her life and refused to think of it in those terms. One night, one beautiful, fulfilling, amazing night but that was all it could be. She slowly opened her eyes to see two very pissed naked Gods before her. She squeaked when Dallas tried to pull her toward them.

“Let me get dressed and we can talk. Please.” She begged.
“No.” Dallas said and spread his form to ensure she could not get to her room.
Noah sighed and said, “Darlin", I don"t know what is going through that pretty little head of yours, but whatever you feel you need to say, be done with it so we can get back to our morning after party.”
Bailey knew she was going to have to say something good to get these men to leave her alone. “I need space; this is all just too much. Yesterday, I was targeted by the mob, had two handsome guys rescue me and lose my job, apartment, and life. I need to get a grip here. I understand that I need to talk to the attorneys and get it all sorted out. What I really need is to figure out where I am going from here. I cannot stay here forever, I need a plan.”
“We have a plan; you just refuse to see it!” Dallas yelled at her.

“Dallas, do you know how crazy you sound when you say I am staying here forever? You have no idea what I"m like. You may have gotten a background check done on me, but you don"t know me. Look at you two, you have a club, drive great cars, and date beautiful women. I like to stay at home, curled up with a good book, and read until my eyes are sore. I like to go to the same restaurants all the time because I hate trying something new. I like to play the Sudoku puzzle in the paper everyday „cause I like numbers. When I go on a trip, it takes me months to plan where I"m going, what I will do. I"m not like you guys, I"m not impulsive, and that word is not in my vocabulary. It is your favorite word; I know this because I look at you and see it. You both love the thrill of the hunt. I don"t; besides, you caught me, and now let me go.” She said tears flowing down her cheeks again. Darn it, when was she going to stop crying? She was not usually this weepy, but there were too many emotions close to the surface, so they were boiling over.
“Did you think we were scratching an itch last night?” Dallas bellowed, which caused Noah to flinch and look at the other man.

“Dal, let me handle this.” He whispered and turned back to Bailey, looking determined to convince her she was wrong. “Bailey, you have not even given us a chance, instead you are judging us before you even know the real us too. I love going to bookstores and finding good books to read. Dallas love antiquing on the weekends, hunting the small flea markets, trying to find some treasure. Yeah, sometimes we are impulsive and travel on the fly, but the majority of times we"re homebodies too. Just because we own a club does not mean we"re there every night, partying it up. In fact, if you must know, the last time I was there was months ago. Dallas only goes to the office to make sure the orders are done. We have someone who runs the business we own. As long as there are not any major problems, we stay out of it. Now, that wasn"t true when we first started out, but we have sown all of our oats and are ready to settle down. I thought you understood what we were saying. We want a family, kids, dog, the whole shebang, not just a woman to be a plaything. No, we want a woman to be our partner, our cornerstone. Why are you fighting this? I know you feel it, just like we do.” She looked between the two men, looking to see if they were telling the
