Zero To Sixty (BWWM, Sports, Billionaire)
the melody slightly. The label was breathing down his neck, eager for the next hit.
In the wise words of his beautiful wife, they could wait.
He'd already given them a whole album full of hits. His first record had gone platinum so fast it made his head spin. So he definitely was not in a rush. More importantly, he wanted to enjoy this time at home with his new wife and child. Just over three months ago, Denise had given birth to a beautiful baby girl.
He could hear her in the kitchen of their new house, chatting with Gran while they whipped up something delicious. They'd both agreed that moving down to Virginia Beach to be near Gran was a good idea, especially with a baby on the way. The two women had hit it off immediately, just as he'd known they would.
Gran knew a good egg when she saw one.
                  So did he apparently.
He leaned over to jot down the chord structure he was playing with. The song was already taking shape in his mind. The record company might get what they were after sooner than they thought.
After all, Ansel had all the inspiration he needed, right here at home.
Turned out the old saying was true. Home was where the heart was.
All the other parts he liked too.
Denise came in to check on him and he smiled, eyeing all those parts with glee. Since having the baby, she'd gotten even sexier if that was possible.
                  "How's our angel?"
"She's deciding whether or not she wants a nap or not."              "She is huh?"
He nodded solemnly, setting his guitar down and pulling her into his lap.
"She also told me she wants a little brother. Or sister. As soon as possible."
                  "Oh really? That's fascinating."
He pulled her top down a little, nibbling at the top of her breasts.
                  "I thought so too."
"Ansel! Your Gran is in the next room!"
"So? She knows where babies come from."
                  He grinned at her.
"She's the one who told me about the birds and bees."
Denise slid her arms around his neck.
"Alright Mr. Sex Education. We can go for number two. But later. Not with company in the house!"
He grinned and set her on her feet.
                  "Ansel, where are you going?"
"I'm going to tell Gran to take a walk around the block."
                  His wife looked shocked.
                  "You wouldn't!"
"What? She's the one who's demanding more grandchildren!"
                  "I thought it was Jasmine."
"Her too. It's hard to keep up with all their demands."
He grinned and went to have a chat with Gran. Five minutes later she'd conveniently gone out for supplies.
And he got what he was after.
Yes sir, he was a lucky man.
