fall away. The earth school lesson of fear is a call to activate and employ the power of your spirit.
Financial Fear
It is no surprise that most people harbor some degree of financial
fear. The world daily broadcasts the looming threat of financial col-lapse and the devastating personal and collective disasters that may From Fear to Courage ~ 57
befall us in the process. The fear of poverty, lack and unexpected
financial expenses, constantly nips at our heels.
The contrasts between physical and spiritual perceptions of
money are impressive. In the spiritual realms there is no money.
Can you imagine never having to worry about paying bills or an
empty bank account? In spiritual reality money represents energy,
abundant and infinite energy that is everywhere. Can you imagine
what life would be like if you were able to live everyday with the realization that like energy, there is an infinite supply of money available to you.
Despite your daily earthly financial concerns, you can tap into
the infinite abundance that is everywhere. Just as in the spiritual realms, money is energy. Learning the earth school lesson of activating your inner spirit to confront fear, enables you to take back your power. When you know that the source of your supply is not
dependent of outer forces, you become aware of the never ceasing
flow of abundance that is within you.
Overcoming the Fear of Lack
The following session addresses the common fear of lack and finan-
cial security. Even those who have money in the bank and a steady
income, can experience anxiety, stress and worry about money.
When our ability to connect to the power of our spirit is repressed and denied, we experience some form of fear in our external life.
This session speaks to the fears associated with not having
enough. It illustrates how we can help those on the other side who
may have allowed financial fear to control their earth lives. It also includes the story of how certain pets come into our life and act as helpers and guides, even when it comes to our finances. Although
they cannot communicate to us through words, they are able to
transmit feelings and messages. Even though, it may look like your
dog or cat is simply relaxing in the sun or staring into open space, they may be also conversing with the angels.

The Giving Veterinarian
Kevin came to see me to communicate with his beloved dog that
had died in a tragic accident. Prince was a mix breed, long haired, spunky dog that Kevin had adopted from a shelter when he was
about three months old. One of the several jobs that Kevin worked
at during his college days was in a dog shelter. Although he had
plans to go to veterinarian school and was busy with his studies,
when he saw Prince curled up in his pen he knew that this was his
dog.
Prince seemed to understand Kevin’s busy schedule and for a
puppy was remarkably calm. Through college and then veterinary
school, they ran together in the mornings and when time allowed
explored the mountains not far from their home. Kevin eventually
became a veterinarian and opened a low-cost spaying and neuter-
ing clinic. In addition he bought a mobile Vet unit that could go
into low-income neighborhoods and offer vet services at a reduced
rate. His income is far less than the average veterinarian but he does not seem to care. He loves his work.
Prince was Kevin’s constant companion. His quiet and wise de-
meanor was a source of strength. Accustomed to going to the clinic
with Kevin, Prince was hit in the parking lot one morning by a car
that was attempting to quickly turn around. Kevin rushed Prince
into surgery and did everything that he could do to save his life.
Even though he was badly injured, he felt confident that Prince
would make it. He came through surgery successfully but he never
recovered. An infection set in injury and Prince died.
The day of our session, Kevin drove his mobile vet van to my
office.
