licked harder.
    Faster.

I was so caught up in the rhythm his tongue was creating on my clit I didn’t even hear the knocks at the door.  I zoned back out and continued to ignore the knocks. I was caught between pleasure and sanity. I knew I should’ve stopped him. He hadn’t heard them because his head was buried between my thighs. I was on the edge, close to falling over and I want to fall.

The knocks grew more frequent. They became loud and distracting.
Who could be knocking on his door this late?

I couldn’t keep him from hearing them this time. He pulled his head up and my orgasm slid back into the abyss it was so desperately trying to escape from.

“How long has someone been knocking?”

I looked at him like I was lost in the feeling and hadn’t heard it.

    “I’m not sure,” I lied.

He stood up and ran to the door.  He looked through the peep hole and then back at me.  He looked started and somewhat panicked.   I thought it may have been someone from the chaperones.  It was late, but maybe something was wrong and they needed his assistance.

    He stood there frozen.

    “Dad, are you in there?”

My breath immediately got caught in my throat.

    Ambrosia.

I hopped on the freeway and headed to Armond's condo. The company that he worked for purchased a condo building and lets them stay there when they worked long nights. The purpose was so they could prevent late night accidents that would be caused by employees falling asleep at the wheel. I guess they felt better safe than sorry.  I liked it because it offered seclusion.  Since he was an executive he often used the penthouse for our rendezvous.  It had a private elevator leading straight to it.  No way for me to ever be spotted.

Seclusion and secrecy were the only way this affair was going to work.

I remember our first night together. The first night of many nights we’ve shared. Laurence was away on one of his church trips. I was tired and had no real desire to go so I stayed home. Armond had called looking for him and discovered he was out of town.  Normally, he would be with him on his trips.  Somehow this time work had prevented him from joining him. I told him the kids were at my brother’s for the weekend. He asked me to join him downtown for dinner since he had to work late.  We met and talked for hours. I poured my heart out to him over seafood and wine. He listened to me and even held my hand as I fought back the tears.  We eventually finished our dinner and headed to our separate vehicles. He gave me the most compassionate look on the parking lot. Before I knew it we had shared a heated kiss and were driving up the street to his condo.

We made love over and over again that night. I felt so guilty afterwards and once we finished I cried and told him this was a mistake. No matter what Laurence had done I couldn’t do this to my family.  I told him this could never happen again, grabbed my stuff and left.

    That was a year ago.

I checked my armrest to make sure the condoms were still in there. Safety comes first always. I cruised for another 15 minutes before pulling into the garage. I parked, turned the car off and grabbed the items I needed. I headed towards the elevator and heard my phone ring again.

    I sighed.

I hoped it wasn't my husband again. He was really ruining the moment. I just wanted two more days of peace and it seemed he wasn’t going to let me have it.

I pulled the phone out my phone and saw there was no one calling.  I pressed the elevator button. I still heard the ring. The other phone, I remembered. Lost in my deep thoughts I forgot I had another phone.

    Armond.

    "Hello."

    "Laila, where are you?"

He was the only person who called me by middle name.

“I’m walking onto the elevator to come upstairs.”

"Okay, see you when you get
