get it. I know – I want you to fly to Egypt and get me a scarab necklace; I’ve always wanted one of those, I would have got one whilst we were there, but I was distracted.”
Draylon bent his knees and leapt; he shot off at an astounding speed and vanished out of sight in a second. A couple of minutes later, he returned, landing with the grace of a gymnast in the Olympics. He gave Paul the scarab necklace.
â€œThat is unbelievable! You’re like Superman or something.”
â€œSuperman is fictional Paul.” Draylon laughed, “Anything else my friend?”
With that, Draylon heard the high-pitched noise again. It was coming from the smallest Moai statue. He told Paul and they both went over to see what it was. Draylon held out his right hand and using his ability to manipulate matter, created an opening in the statue. He reached in and found another metallic rectangular tablet. He then resealed the Moai and stood in thought, Paul asked him what he was waiting for, anxious as to what information the tablet held within. Draylon held his hand over the tablet. The information within it flooded into his subconscious at the speed of light and then the metallic object disintegrated into tiny particles.
â€œWhat is it?” asked Paul curiously.
â€œThe tablet was obviously triggered by the amulet that is now a part of me. The message was that of the pale green alien race. It read, Draylon, you have completed your quest successfully, humankind are predominantly good, and we spent many years nurturing them. You now have the ability to do much good on Earth. The amulet contained within it all of our knowledge and power, and that is now yours. By now, the technologies of humans will be such that your race will see them as a threat. You know what that means. Protect them, and let our demise not have been in vain.”
â€œNo pressure then!” remarked Paul with a smile.
â€œWell one thing’s for sure, it looks like you’re going to get your adventure, my friend – this is the beginning!”

Chapter One – Abduction
It was seven p.m. on Sunday the 6th of February 2011. Draylon waited outside of The Rongorongo Inn for Adriana. A car pulled up and Adriana stepped out. Draylon couldn’t believe his eyes, she looked beautiful. She wore a short black dress, her long brown hair shone and her brown eyes were seductive and intense. Draylon felt his knees start to buckle, his heart sped and he felt nervous. In those few seconds Draylon knew he could be eternally happy with Adriana, but realised that with his destiny looming, it could not be, not yet.
Adriana smiled at Draylon. She wasn’t surprised to see him wearing his usual blue jeans and grey T-shirt, but thought he looked perfect just as he was. She felt very nervous because it had been so long since she had last dated. Adriana was determined not to give away her emotions too much, but to keep a little in reserve, because she didn’t want to fall unless she knew she was going to be caught.
â€œHi. You look beautiful,” said Draylon a little lost for words.
â€œThank you! I’ve been looking forward to this.” Adriana held Draylon’s gaze, not wanting to look away for a second.
â€œShall we go inside?” Draylon took Adriana’s hand.
â€œI feel so nervous,” Adriana couldn’t believe she was falling for him, and so soon.
â€œYou’re not the only one, my heart is doing cartwheels,” said Draylon with a smile.
They found a table for two in a secluded area at the rear of the bar. It was a table made of oak, with two small oak benches to sit. A candle was lit, and the lighting was
