ass he wanted more. But she looked like an angel sleeping between them. Her curly black hair all messed up, the rays of sunshine coming through the window made her look like she glowed. Her hand lay on his chest, right over his heart. He picked it up and traced a finger over her mating mark.
He was mated. They would have a family, just like the others. Their race was saved from extinction. He hoped she fell pregnant soon. His tracing over her palm caused her to retract her hand and roll onto her back. He watched as she stretched out with her arms above her head. His gaze flowing down her body, over her lush kissable lips, down over her mocha brown nipples down her waist to the cute little indent of her belly button and—his breath froze in his lungs. It couldn't be … already? Had the Goddess blessed them already? He leaned over Eilagh and stroked the tender skin just below her navel. Right over the little honey golden dragon paw print.
"Good morning, Max. What are you looking at so intently?"
Max lifted his gaze to his Desired while he continued to rub his thumb over the little tattoo.
"How about you wake sleepyhead up and I'll tell you both."
Eilagh turned toward Dimitri and kissed him awake. On a groan he dived into her mouth and moved to cover her body with his own.
"Not just yet, Dimitri. Got something for you to see first."
Dimitri pulled back to look at him, then down to Eilagh's navel.
"Pregnant? Already? The Goddess must be pleased to bless us with so much so quickly."
Dimitri turned Eilagh's face back to him and devoured her mouth before he released her. Max didn't waste a moment before he took his turn to ravage their Desired. He could feel both Dimitri and Eilagh's happiness through their bond. Their Desired was pregnant, and life had never been so perfect.

Eilagh stood before the bathroom mirror staring at her belly. I'm pregnant. I'm going to be a mother. She stroked a fingertip over the cute little paw print. I wonder if it grows as the baby grows? Her eyes peeled wide when she heard her men chuckle in her mind.
Are you two going to always hear my thoughts?
Baby, we only hear what you push out to us. Questions naturally do that.
And sweetness, the mark will grow as your belly stretches.
She smiled as both her men filled her mind with love and happiness. Seemed she wasn't the only one excited about having a baby. Suddenly a thought dampened her mood.
    Eilagh, what happened? What's wrong?
Trust Dimitri to catch on to her mood change so fast.
The baby won't be able to shift to dragon form inside me , will it?
No, sweetness. We learn to shift about the same time we learn to walk. Stop worrying and enjoy your shower. If you take too long, Max and I will be forced to come and help you. Neither of us like s you being out of our sight.
With a chuckle she turned from the mirror and headed over to the tiled shower. She'd turned down their offer to help her wash, as she wanted a little time to herself to bask in her glow of pure joy and happiness. She closed her eyes as she wet her face, and visions of her parents flashed through her mind. Her breath caught in her throat. Eilagh was their only child, and they'd never see what would be their only grandchildren. Hell, they'd never see her again either. What were they thinking? Did they think she'd died? How she wished she'd been able to say goodbye to them, to let them know she was all right and happy where she was.
She wondered if she could somehow find a way to go home, to see them again. Although, th e Great Wind seemed to only ever bring visitors, never take them. If she did find a way back to Earth, she doubted she'd find her way to Feury again. Was it worth the risk? Well, that was easy to answer. Hell no. Dimitri and Max completed her heart and soul. She deeply regretted that she couldn't have both her parents and her loves, but if she had to choose, her dragon warriors won.
