hand. She took it with no qualms and followed him, heart pounding; he could hear it. He looked back at her and grinned wickedly. They got into the car and he held her hand again. “I think you are going to like this surprise.”

Chapter Five

They pulled up to the Empire State Building. She looked at him with wide eyes. “Oh, Jeremy. The Empire State Building?”
He grinned. “Yeah, it is ours for the night. I have dessert waiting for us on the observation deck.”
    ***
“It's all ours?” She was flabbergasted.
“Yeah, it's ours. No one will bother us.” Her breath caught in her throat. Her pulse sped up at the suggestion in his voice. She looked around in awe as they went to the elevator. He pressed the top floor button and leaned back against the wall. “Do you like this surprise, Sasha?”
She nodded. “It is amazing. Just seeing it with everyone else here would be a lot.”
He smiled. “You are worth more than that though.” She came over to stand in front of him.
“I want to kiss you.” She put a hand on either side of him, cornering him in.
He raised an eyebrow. “Oh yeah?” He put his arms around her waist and opened his legs, pulling her between them.
“Yeah.” She breathed, her lips almost against his. She started kissing him slowly. They made it to the floor of the observation deck and the doors opened. She pulled back with a little smile and took his hand. “Let's go look.”
He caught her around the waist and pulled her back, snugly fitting her ass against his dick. She groaned softly. “You want me.”
“Hell yes, I want you.” He rocked his hips into her. She took a deep breath to calm herself a little. He smiled as he pressed a kiss to her shoulder blade. “Trying to gain control, Cupcake?”
She turned in his arms. “Yeah.” She kissed him again, her tongue mating with his. He ran his hands down her ass, squeezing softly. She shivered. He pulled back, taking control.
“Look out at the skyline, Sasha.” She turned and gasped at the beauty of the New York skyline at night, watching the lights and the way the city moved.
“It is exquisite.” He stood beside her and caught her hand in his.
“I'm glad you like it. You deserve some happiness and joy in your life.” He rubbed his thumb over her knuckles.
She looked at him with soft eyes. “You seem to be the only one who has ever thought that. I appreciate it.” He brushed a few curls that had escaped her bun back behind her ear. He leaned over and caught her ear lobe between his lips and nibbled gently. Her breath caught in her throat. She moaned softly. He pulled back with a slow smile. She looked into his eyes solemnly and murmured, “I want you.”
His eyes went dark in the low light. “Not as much as I want you, Cupcake.” He smiled wickedly. “Come, let's have some dessert.” A small table, she hadn't noticed before, was in the corner of the deck with two chairs. He lit the candles on the table with a flourish, and flipped a switch. Small strands of lights twinkled all around. A bouquet of roses sat on the table, along with tiramisu and champagne. He popped open the champagne. “Would you serve the tiramisu?” She put two servings on the plate, using her finger to slide the creamy concoction off the serving spoon. He caught her hand in his and licked the cream off of her finger, dark eyes watching her wickedly. She groaned at him licking the tip of her finger. He let her hand go and murmured, “Mmm, delicious.” She flushed hot. He pulled her chair out and poured champagne for her. “Sit and enjoy your dessert, Sasha.”

    ***
He could see her pulse fluttering in her throat.
“I'm hungry for something else.” The champagne flute he'd picked up, slipped from his fingers in his shock. She looked down at the mess and blushed. “Sorry.”
“Sorry for what? I'm the butterfingers.” He stood and quickly helped her away from the broken glass. He handed her the candelabra and moved the table
