burned. He carried the dress and heels he’d asked her to bring, and she remembered to pack a camera in her handbag, in addition to her bikini. They strolled hand in hand like lovers to the employee parking lot where Kino’s red Jeep was parked.
He opened the door. “Hop in.”
Once on the road, Kino drove out of Honolulu on a road that led up into the hills. Everything was so green and beautiful. From the road, she could see Honolulu and the ocean. She was simply in awe. “Oh, Kino, Hawaii is so beautiful.”
    “ I know.”
    “ Where are we going?”
“ Up in the hills to a friend’s house. She’s letting me use the house while she’s out of town.”
She bit her lip to keep from laughing. No surprise there—a female friend letting him use her house. “Does your friend know you’re bringing girls to her house for lustful pursuits?”
He turned that wide white smile on her. “Just you, and I won’t tell her if you don’t.”
“ I don’t even know who it is.”
Before her eyes, his smile altered from good to naughty. He wiggled his eyebrows. “I guess she’ll never know. Here we are.”
He turned into the driveway of a contemporary home that looked to be a few years old. He pushed a garage door remote and after the door opened, drove in. “The house isn’t much, but the view is impressive. Wait until you see it.”
He led her inside. “Change into your bathing suit. The master bedroom is straight down that hall. I’ll fix us something to drink and turn the pool heater on.”
The home was probably very nice for its day, but like the outside, it had seen better days. The master bedroom was at the end of the hall. After taking her shorts and blouse off and she had her swimsuit on in seconds. She went to the sliding door and opened the drapes. Kino was right—even from here, the view was spectacular.
They had to be a thousand feet above Honolulu. To the right she saw the naval base and Pearl Harbor. Ahead lay Honolulu and its high-rises. To the left stood Waikiki and all the hotels. She opened the sliding door and stepped out. She didn’t bother with her cover-up, but she did take the camera. She surveyed the backyard. It looked fabulous with palms and other tropical vegetation framing the view. A large freeform pool and spa was located near the rear of the lot. Raising the Canon Sure Shot she started taking pictures in an arc. When she’d swung almost a hundred eighty degrees, She noticed Kino had a camera aimed at her. She lowered the camera and laughed. “At least say smile .”
    “ Smile,” he yelled.
She laughed again and heard the camera click. “Hey, that wasn’t a smile.”
“ I know. Anything you do is beautiful. Pose for me.”
She posed like one of the poses she’d seen models take and he snapped a picture. “Again.”
Another pose, another picture—until he’d shot twelve. “You are so beautiful. Would you take your top off for me?”
She was going to decline, but then she thought about it, and it seemed to be something lovers did now. “You’re not paparazzi, are you?”
He laughed. “Not hardly.” She removed her top and posed for ten more pictures. “You’re so hot. How about your bottom?”
When she frowned, he elaborated, “No frontals, just sides and rear.”
She noticed his pattern of complimenting her and then asking to remove something. Nevertheless, she went along with him. After all, she wanted some revealing shots of him as well. “All right, but I better not see this in the National Enquirer .”
She took her bottom off, and before she could turn, he clicked the shutter. She wagged a finger at him and headed toward him. “You’re a naughty boy.”
He snapped off two more pictures and laughed. “I know, I just can’t help it. You turn me on so. Okay. No more, I promise, just your sides and rear. Then I’ll pose for you, if you like.”
She stopped. “You bet I like.”
She posed for a dozen more photos and then she took three dozen
