her face again.”
“Kerri you have to understand, I’ve never had a girlfriend
before so this has never been an issue. I’ll talk to her tonight I promise. Just
don’t leave, wait for me.”
I turn on my heels and walk out.
     I’m such a jealous bitch.

I’m being held hostage. Kidnapped by Butch and his crew of
body builders. Apparently, Brayden left orders that I was not to leave this
building without him and what the almighty Brayden Quinn says—goes. This is not
at all calming my surging anger. If he would have just let me go to a hotel I
would have had time to soak in the hot tub and unwind from the long flight
combined with the incident with Mandy. Now I’m even more aggravated by these
men dictating what I’m going to do.
I see Chase walk by the room I’m being held in and call out
to him. He takes a step back and peaks in the room, his face lighting up with a
boyish grin when he sees me.
“Hey beautiful,” he pulls into his arm, the scent of
fresh laundry invade my sense.  He places little kisses up my neck and
chin and I push him away when I start feeling warm. He smirks at me then says,
“I thought you were coming tomorrow.”
“Brayden didn’t tell you I came early to surprise him.
Unfortunately there was an incident and I just want to go to a hotel but
Butch is holding me here. Can you help me get out of here?”
“Incident? Come on give me a little more than that.” He can
sense there’s a juicy story and he grins at me wickedly, his eyebrows lift
urging me to tell him.
“Fine, let’s just say Mandy walked in on us when I had my
mouth full.” His eyes scrunch as he’s ponders my statement. I can actually see
when what I said clicks in his mind. His eyes widen and he makes a good effort
not to laugh but ends up exploding in a fit of laughter. By the time Brayden
walks in the room he’s wiping tears from his eyes from laughing so hard.
“Bro, learn to use a lock” he pats Brayden on the back
leaving the room with a huge grin on his face.
“You told him?” He bristles, his eyes flaring with anger.
“I need to vent to someone and Chase was passing by,” I
explain.
“So you’re confiding in Chase,” he rolls his eyes, “what
would he know about us he’s only ever been interested in fucking every piece of
ass he sees.”
“I like Chase he’s fun, besides I don’t care what he does
with his groupies you’re the only one I’m concerned with.” I smile seductively
at him, pulling him into my arms. I know I’m so flip-floppy but he just looks
so sexy in those jeans, they hug his ass so perfectly. I came here to spend
time with the man that has captured my heart and I’m not going to waste another
minute on Mandy or Chase. I kiss the tip of his nose, running my hands up his
neck into his hair and feel the tension begin to ease from his body.
He heaves a sigh of relief when he realizes we won’t be
arguing anymore. “Let go home.” He lifts me onto his back piggy back style and
races down the hallway. I chuckle against his neck waving at the rest of the
band as we pass them on our way out.
It takes about five minutes to get from the arena to the
Brayden’s high rise condo in the Pike Place Area. The first thing I notice as I
step in are the amazing views through the floor to ceiling windows. The city
and waterfront are amazing with the lights twinkling in the night skyline.
“Are you hungry?” Brayden asks from behind me. He’s pulling
off his shirt as I turn from the window. This view of him stripping is even
more fantastic then the one out the window. His hand pauses at his belt and I
tear my eyes away and I look into his eyes. The devilish smirk on his face says
he knows exactly what I was thinking.
“If you take those pants off I’ll be hungry for more than
food.” Truth is he doesn’t even have to remove the pants, I’m always hungry for
his body.
We order Chinese which we eat with chopstick sitting Indian
style on the living room floor. I
