However, there is not a one size fits all recipe, everyone has different tastes, some have allergies and not everyone will be able to get all of the ingredients. Consider the recipes as a guideline to which you can then customize to your taste or to what you have in the house.
Love coconut? Try coconut flour instead of almond.
Do not have any pink rock salt in the house? Just use some normal table salt instead.
Do not like strawberries? Try blueberries.

Spring
Strawberry Fat Bombs
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 ounces heavy cream
3 regular sized strawberries, diced
2 teaspoons Truvia
Directions:
Wash and dice the strawberries. Place in an blender or food processor, followed by the heavy cream and sweetener. Process for 15-20 seconds.
Melt the butter in the microwave and add to the blender along with the coconut oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Using a piping bag, drop fat bombs into a heart mold and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. When the fat bombs are set, remove from the mold and enjoy.
Keep stored in the freezer.
