band. She couldn’t control the tears
running down her face.
“We know it’s not going to be easy,” Will continued, “we
already discussed that. But if you’ll let us, we want to be your husbands.
Obviously it can’t be legal, and we’ll have to find our own way of going about
this, but we’re not alone. There’s a community of shifters that have done what
we’re doing now.”
“We won’t have enough approving guests to do anything more than a small ceremony,
but—” Caleb continued, but Madison quickly interjected.
“Yes,” she sobbed, so purely happy in a way she could never
hope to describe. “More than anything, this is what I want.”
Will wiped a tear away from her eyes and kissed her gingerly
as Caleb slipped the ring on her finger.
“You’re already part of us forever anyway,” Caleb teased.
“Stop ruining the moment,” Will scowled, and Madison
laughed, filled with intense joy as she looked between her two guys. The baby
kicked, seconding the notion, and she knew in that moment that she had never
belonged anywhere more than Titusville.
