she wanted him like that as well. But that was too hard to admit to. But she did know she would be at the doctor on Monday morning to get on some type of contraceptive. It was time. Finally.

The doctor was able to put her on the patch as it would have fewer side effects, and she wouldn't have to remember a pill. The shot wasn't going to work, Jen had invested too much into weight loss to risk gaining back ten percent of what she worked hard to get rid of. She just had to wait a week, but Jen wanted to be sure it was working at full capacity before they tested it.

So here she was just a week and a half later, ready to become a real woman. She had kept her visit to go on the birth control a secret and Jen was ready to spill the beans. It had been horrible the last weekend, knowing she was close to fulfilling her desires, yet so far away. The contraceptive wasn't fully effective until the Tuesday after he left her house, but she was a single breath from asking him to come down mid-week to satisfy her impatience and lust. She only talked herself out of it with the reminder that she couldn't get everything she wanted in one night, and may as well wait until she could get it all that upcoming weekend.

The drive up to his house frustrated her. She talked to Tresha part of the way, but found she would rather use the time to think. Just before she arrived the frustration gave way to relaxation. She was about to get everything she wanted tonight, come hell or high water. When she pulled up the driveway Riordan was waiting for her outside. He opened the car door and tugged her from seated to within his arms in seconds.

After her kissed her breathless, he asked, “How was the ride up?"

"The usual, I've gotten so used to it now that the drive goes by quickly."

"Good. I've got a surprise for you." Riordan well knew Jennifer’s love of surprises and it seemed he plotted accordingly. Jennifer responded predictably and bounced happily at the new development. She was so excited that she didn't even get to mention her visit to the doctor.

    "Ohh! What is it?"

"Have you been naughty or nice?"

"Which answer will get me my surprise?" Jen couldn't help it, she was a big kid.

"Mmmm..." Riordan appeared to think about that for a moment. "Well either really, this Santa is easy to please."

    "Both Riordan."

"Good girl." He kissed her again. "We are going on vacation."

    "Really?"

"Yep. Pop your trunk, and get in my car." Jennifer used the remote still clutched in one fist to open the trunk so he could grab her weekend bag. Usually she only carried one, but this time she had two. She knew Riordan had to wonder what she added to the extra bag, but he deposited them in the back seat of his Land Rover without asking about it. He climbed in and the questions began, her words spilled out rapid fire before he could answer the first query posed. Jennifer tried to be circumspect, but she knew that she wasn’t.

"Where are we going?" I'm ready to get you inside me.

"When will we get there?" Ditto. These months have felt like eons.

"But I probably didn't bring what I needed to wear." Shoot, if they were going to beach she was screwed. Nah, she lived twenty minutes from a beach, they had be headed somewhere else.

"When do we come back?" I've gotta go to work on Monday, and you do too, was the thought that crossed her mind.

"Jennifer, you haven't given me a chance to answer you. First, we're going to the mountains for the weekend. Second, maybe a couple hours as we are flying. The clothes you brought are fine, I bought you the necessary things for the snow, although you may not need any of them. And last, we should be back Sunday night. You can go home on Monday morning. Do you have any other questions?"

    "No."

"Good, we should be at the airport in twenty minutes, open the glove box and pull the envelope out please." Jennifer did as he asked, and pulled the large
