2 fresh garlic cloves
2 bay leaves

A head of cauliflower

1/4 cups Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp. salt, garlic powder

Throw in chopped peppers, onions, garlic, chicken, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, bay leaves, and chicken stock into your pressure cooker.
Place cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
About 30 minutes before it’s done cooking, toss in the sausage.
